My apologies your call went unanswered. January is not a particularly busy time for us so it doesn't make sense that I would not return your call. I honestly do not remember a call from you. Are you sure it was me you called? I pride myself on striving for the best customer service possible. With all of the technology we have for communications these day's, I think it's inexcusable for anyone to not get the message, but it could have happened. I'm sure that you have already found your cabinetmaker, but I would like to extend a sincere apology and I wish you the best.
