They completed on time on scheduled date within the contracted price. The crew was professional, and cleaned up after their work was completed. The company also prepared the documents necessary to get a rebate from the local municipal power company. I would recommend them to others .

Our furnace wasblowing cold air instead of hot air. I checked Angie's list and found that Integrity Heating & Air had high marks so I called them. They answered the phone right away and scheduled someone to come out giving me a price quote for the service call. The repairman came out and was on time. He quickly determined the problem after checking to make sure that we had propane and that was not the problem. In other words checking for the easiest least costly solution first. He then determined that due to moisture in the crawl space our burners had corroded and needed to be replaced. He explained how they functioned.He knew the brand of unit we had. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The part was ordered and replaced within two days.

They promised an estimate "within the hour" and took a week to call us. We went with another company.

They always do well for me. I even recommended them to a couple of my neighbors. They do a good job. They have never not been on time. If anything comes up and they can’t make the appointment, they call ahead of time.

The person who did the inspection even said it was really good set up. I was very happy. They were very good and professional.

The contract work began on time and the technicians spent a total of seven full work days removing & installing an upstairs and a downstairs unit. The two-man crew was professional, knowledgeable and capable in all aspects of the work done. They were work-oriented, but polite and accommodating as well. They cleaned up after each day's work, removing all packaging products each day. We highly recommend this contractor and would work with them again as needed.

Service person was prompt and professional, diagnosing the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained what was wrong and verified that he had the parts on hand. The part price was pretty high, which is my only complaint. Still, it was hot, and he had the part on hand to fix the problem, so overall a good experience and I'd use them again.

He showed up at the time we were told. We explained what had happened the night before. He checked a few things out and said the starter needed to be replaced. From start to finish, took about 45 min., then the job was done. Very friendly person and easy to talk to.

They are a bit pricey, but the quality of their work and their service is great.

The owner, Darren, came out to give a very professional presentation on the product, and he provided a very detailed estimate. The workers became like friends to us, and they wore booties and laid down canvas to keep the house clean which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend their professionalism and their work ethic.

I'm truly Biased with any information on Integrity Heating and Air. I have know the owners for well over 20 years. This was before they started in his own business venture that you see now. He built this company from the ground up! He is one of Northern California's success stories. I'm happy to be a friend to him.

They stay in touch with me for summer and winter service of the AC/HEAT unit that they installed several years ago.
