About us

Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was established in 1998. We began installing high efficient heating & air conditioning systems and after many years in business, Integrity wanted to help their customers save even more. Integrity has created a long history of educating customers, homeowners & business owners about the huge loss of energy that can take place in various areas of their home and businesses. With that, Integrity has now incorporated Solar into the list of services & products offered by Integrity. Darrin began working in Solar in 1984 while residing in Hawaii during one of solar's peak seasons for approximately 3 years. He has always been very interested in alternative resources. As the climate changes in many aspects environment, economy, increasing costs of utility rates, Integrity continues to help their customers be as efficient & as comfortable as they can.

Description of Work: I have reviewed and will accept their proposal for installation of 60 solar panels in a ground mount application. We are waiting for REU to announce the 2015 rebate program, if any. This evaluation relates to the proposal and selection process.

Description of Work: Provided me with a complete education and consultation of what I would need to build a heating duct system for my house. When I go to buy a new furnace I will go to Alliance! The knowledge and helpfulness at Alliance was very impressive as I had gotten nothing but run around and a "No" from other heating and air providers (some listed on Agies’s list) when I asked for a consult at whatever cost they wanted to charge. Very impressive service, not found at other companies here in the Redding Anderson area. Provided a complete education and consultation of what I would need to build a heating duct system for my house. When I go to buy a new furnace I will go to Alliance! Description of Work: Had a bad circuit board on a 20 year furnace that failed I got 2 estimates the first estimate of a thousand dollars was to replace the housing and circuit board, Integrity's Tech agreed that the housing was old but would not impact the function of the unit I got an estimate of $600.00 on the same day and a return visit that afternoon the board was changed the entire unit cleaned and serviced. The tech took the time to explain exactly what was happing with the compromised board and shared the background information on this model. Job well done

I ended going with somebody else.
Description of Work: Toward the beginning of summer my air conditioner went out. They came out to give me an estimate on a compressor for central air and repairing it.

Description of Work: I had them come out to service my furnace. When he came to do the service work, he told me my furnace was on its last legs and that it needed to be replaced. I had someone else look at it and tell me that there was nothing wrong with my furnace. I wouldn’t hire Integrity Heating and Air to do anything. I was not happy with them at all. I just found them to be dishonest.

THEY CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT MY OLD UNIT. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW ONE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK IN A FEW MINUTES AND THEY WERE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY NEW UNIT.
