+ -1 moreThe people who run the office are hard to get a hold of and don't return calls as they should, but the tech who came out and did the job was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He rewired our house after a recent remodel which included new doors and windows. I would give the tech an "A" and the office people a "C."
