 + -1 moreThey were very honest with us. He told me that the valley clean out was not a problem, and that the sealant was gone on some of the tiles, which was why everything was getting all wet. I decided not go with them only because I received a lower estimate from another company.

 + -1 moreWhen we talked to Tim to tell him of our plight, he showed up the next day, gave us a very reasonable quote and was very professional. We gave him the go ahead and his workers were there, on time, on the day we agreed to, all supplies required in hand ready to work. They had it all done in one day! There was no mess to clean up when they were done and even his workers were extremely polite, professional, and go getters for completing the job1!
Description of Work: We were having solar panels put up. In the process of that project we discovered that we needed all new roof caps. A general contractor friend of ours referred us to Tim Burke Roofing.

Description of Work: Removed two old roofs, cleared and hauled away debris. Replaced roof with 30 year shingles. Also, replaced damaged roof planks. Worked with heat/air conditioner installers to expedite and simplify replacement of heating/air unit.

 + -1 moreHe and his assistant were done within one day. They replaced every single shingle. They cleaned up well and there was no mess left. Their pricing was very reasonable; under $200!
Description of Work: We had some asphalt ridge shingles that were starting to curl so we called him. He was able to come over within a couple of days and gave us an estimate. He came back the next day with an assistant to do the work.
