DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will say anything to sell you and then they won't back up their sales and installation employees. The owner told me, "I don't know what he said to you." We completely remodeled an older home and wanted to add a water softener and reverse osmosis system. After meeting with the sales rep. I was told that if I wanted to system in the garage it would cost an addional $1200-$1800 to route the water main to the garage. So not having that in the budget I asked what my options were. The salesman said I could keep it on the other side of the house outside. I asked if it needed to be enclosed he said it didn't and I said it is on the side where the bedrooms are and he said it isn't loud like those old systems used to be. So I purchased the system and they did the piping needed to keep it outside on the far side of the house behind my master bedroom. A couple of months later when it came time to actually install the equipment the installer said no it should absolutely be in and enclosure it couldn't be in direct sunlight and should be protected from animals that could chew on it. So I called the company to talk to the salemanand found out he no longer works there. I spoke to the owner and he said that this salesman had done this to him before and he is sorry but he wasn't going to pay for the enclosure. I explained that the money it will take to pour a cement pad and build an enclosure around it would have paid to have it in the garage where it should have been to begin with. He agreed but would not help me with the cost of the enclosure. Now we have finally moved into the house and find out the system which is right behind the master bedroom wall is VERY LOUD and is scheduled to recirculate to clean the system for and hour and 20 minutes starting at 3:30am. I called and told them it is so loud it wakes me up and their suggestion is to schedule it at a different time when I'm not sleeping but just make sure you don't use the water at that time or you will get brine water. I'm sorry but having to worry about what time I will cook, do dishes, wash laundry, or bathe my 3 small children is not something that is on the top of my list of things I want or need to worry about. So the only other option is to move the system to the other side of the house in the garage where it should have been to begin with. So again I call the owner and speak with him directly telling him of my situation and how frustrated and dissatisfied I am but he says he's not going to pay for it all. I told him that I am already out an additional $1100 to pay for the enclosure that I was told I wouldn't need by your salesman. Which didn't seem to make a difference to him. Personally I know what it is like when your employees mess up and it costs you money. We own a small business and I grew up in a small business my father owns. But the right thing to do is to make it right, which they are not willing to do.
