Excellent! They protected the gazebo and deck from any damage and carefully removed branches around the power lines. They protected house windows with plywood and did a thorough job of cleaning up leaves and branches. A very professional team and I would not hesitate to hire them for another job.

Great. They were here on time and did a very nice job of lacing out the tree. Have had them back and they are now working toward balancing the tree.

I called to have an estimator come by and an appointment was scheduled. The estimator, Esteban, showed up on time. The estimate for trimming a eucalytus tree was $1,800. I also obtain 2 other estimates. Both estimates were the same price at $800. I did not use Vargas Tree Service.

I had gotten a couple of estimates and they were right on track. My only issue was that they didn’t do a great job cleaning up. That is the only thing that keeps it from an “A”.

Very well. The work actually extended over two periods. About four months ago, one of the main trunks of the coral tree came down due to overgrowth. Within an hour from calling, Esteban and his crew came to remove the trunk and to trim the tree. Within the past 2 days, I had Gilberto come to cable the tree since another trunk was leaning a bit precariously. The tree was trimmed again, the tree was cabled and a brick enclosure that was breaking up was removed. This work was done a day after I called. I could not be happier with the work performed. Gilberto is an arborist so explained the growth pattern of the tree and the stress patterns upon it. Very interesting information. Overall, I am very pleased with the work. The crew was careful and cleaned up upon completion. I will definitely call them again.

The crew did an outstanding job removing four big trees at my house. They were at the house on time and worked tirelessly on the four very troublesome trees very close to the house. The crew took nice care to protect the house and were diligent in removing roots that were quite invasive. Also the big tree in the front looks great after being trimmed. And the cleanup after finishing was far more than I expected. GREAT JOB!!

Exceptionally well! Jerry Vargas and his crew were professional, courteous, prompt, and provided us with wonderful service. Everything went great. Arrived punctually both for initial estimate and day of service. I've used VTS multiple times and every time they did everything promised to the highest quality plus a little extra. An exceptional company and a perfect overall experience!

We had gotten a number of quotes, but we never found somebody we really liked. They all said there were no guarantees that our Sago Palm would be saved. One company didn't seem to want the work. Others didn't seem to have a definitive plan. I called Vargas and Gilbert came out to offer a quote. I liked the fact that Gilbert was an arborist. I really got the impression that Gilbert knew his craft. He knew the exact names of all the plants we wanted removed and the ones we want to plant later. He had recommendations as to what plants would work in our space and which ones would not. He had a plan regarding the movement of our Sago Palm and was confident it could be successfully moved to our back yard. His expertise showed in his presentation. We scheduled the work. There was a little snafu in the scheduling of the work. But, it got worked out. Gilbert and his crew showed up on time. They worked with a sense of urgency. They took great care in moving the Sago Palm. The roots of the Bird of Paradise definitely took some effort. But, they didn't just hack away. They worked with precision. When trimming the King Palms, some of the leaves and debris fell into the street. They could have thought, "It's not on the client's property, no big deal." No, they were diligent with all of their clean-up whether on our property or not. During the project, they accidentally broke a sprinkler head. They acknowledged their mistake and immediately repaired the sprinkler head. All in all, we were very pleased with Vargas Tree Service. I have already recommended them to others twice. We would absolutely use them again.

They did a great job. It was a really, really large liquid amber that they got rid of. We didn't go with the cheapest or the most expensive. They just seemed fair for what they were doing and the size of the crew that they had there. They had quite a sizable crew to take care of the tree. They were very professional about it. They were very responsive. They were a very professional crew, you could tell they had a lot of experience and they took care of everything that one same day. It was a really large project, but you could tell that they had been doing it for a long time and they were able to fit us in their schedule, which was a really quick turnaround that we were looking to accomplish. They fit us into their schedule and it was very professional communication, the staff was very friendly, the supervisor or manager or the guy that was in charge that day was very friendly. We got along really well. Any concerns or questions that we had, he had answers for us and gave us tips about the one remaining tree that we decided to keep. They trimmed it for us as well. So it was all a very good experience.

Excellent service! A little expensive, but did a good job! They gave me an appointment quite fast, they said they do free estimates. When I called, they came over very quick for an estimate and then I didn’t have to wait a long time for an appointment to trim my trees.

They did a great job and are a huge improvement over the previous company we used for tree trimming. Our previous company argued with us every step of the way to do less pruning/trimming than we wanted until we were so fed up with the tree "shaving" we always ended up with we decided to look for another company. Gilbert came out to do the estimate and without any prompting from me actually suggested doing more than we had wanted and explained why. His reasoning made sense and we decided to go with him. The tree looks great and fits the space it's in much better now. I will be happy to use them again in the future.

Awesome. Vargas Tree service does a great job. They are reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable. They are very conscientious, and spent a lot of time making sure that they hadn't damaged any sprinkler lines when they were done. I would never use any other company for tree removal.
