Tile was not what I was sold in showroom. Was supposed to be wood porcelain tile with nice varying wood pattern. Turned out tile did not have good variation in print run and almost every tile had annoying big bullseye stain mark in it. They were not willing to work with me even after seeing installation and mentioning quarter of way into install. Usually don't write reviews but had to this time, disappointing large purchase.

ALL SALES FINAL! Buyer Beware! This place has a no returns, no exchange policy, which should have been the first red flag. There are a number of tile places to shop at along this stretch of fullerton, so DO NOT buy here. I ordered black and white ceramic tile for a checkerboard kitchen floor. Simple enough, right? WRONG! I waited a week for the tile to arrive, when I picked it up and had it brought back to my home, my contractor began installing it and realized that the black and white tiles were different sizes! These were standard 12X12 floor tiles, and they were 1/8 inch off. Needless to say, the checkerboard pattern would have turned out awful if I had kept these tiles. I immediately called the store and was assured by the sales associate, Art, that he would order the correct sized tiles Monday morning, as it was a Saturday and their supplier was closed. Monday comes and I hear nothing. I call Tuesday and Art is conveniently not working until the weekend. I try and resolve with another sales associate, Jerry, who not only never returns my calls as she promises to do twice that day, but does nothing to help. Wednesday comes and I call and speak with Paul, who was slightly more helpful and at least gave me a return call back saying that he should know something the following day. Finally, Friday comes around, Art is back in, doesn't return my call, so I go in person after loading the 12 boxes of tile myself and attempt to exchange. No go. Brett, another sales associate, is unwilling to help, saying repeatedly that "his hands are tied." No manager or owner is available of course. Long story short, the following Tuesday comes, and I finally end up exchanging 6 of the 12 boxes of tile, and hopefully these will work. And as I was picking up my tile, another poor woman was arguing with a sales associate because the store apparently incorrectly measured and ordered too many boxes of tile for her bathroom remodel. I kept hearing over and over again "Sorry, all sales are final." This place is BAD NEWS. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
