I'm still waiting to hear something. I did everything she said to do thus far. I have excellent references in case she does want to work with me. People get busy but I would have told my customer I was busy instead of brushing them off after just one listing. God will find me a good agent.

Suzette showed up many houses and condos. She helped us limit the selections and was very well informed about the real estate market.

From the first time I met Suzette to show her the townhome until the closing of escrow, it was pleasure working with her. I always felt she had my interest foremost in mind. She had buyers in line when a potential one didn't work out, kept me updated at all times, and quickly answered any concerns and questions. There were instances in which I felt I should be more involved or actually do but Suzette said she would take of it. She often said that it was part of her job. This was much appreciated making it unnecessary for me at times to set up appointments with contractors and others to have work done. I had enough confidence in Suzette that she would hire the right people to get the job done right. This was verified upon my later inspection. Also, this cut down on the number of 66 mile round trips I would of had to make to the townhome. Overall, it was a positive experience and a pleasure working with Suzette.

Overall I was more than pleased with everything surrounding the process of selling my home with the help and guidance of Suzette Born. She was professional, thorough, efficient ,helpful, kind and friendly. The process was made smoother and less stressful by Suzette,( for that my wife and I are very grateful ). Thanks again Suzette for all your hard work!! If you need a real estate agent ,in my humble opinion you need look no further, Suzette Born would make a great choice.

I have left few reviews on them before. I did two more transactions with them. Ms. Suzette originally helped us purchase our home and we did two rental property transactions with her. I was very happy as she was very good. I bought another one a month before that. I did not pay anything as they were helping me to buy the house and you pay the agent only when you are selling. I liked the personal service. I had dealt with some agents before who would show me three or four houses on a weekend and then would pressurize me into buying one so that they could get their commission and be done with it and then move on to the next one. You would be spending about $15000 which would be the commission for $500,000 which was a lot of money. So, you would want somebody who was going to put the light work in because you might be there for ten or twenty years once you buy the house and so they should not make their life more convenient. It is kind of a numbers game for a lot of the agents who want to get somebody as fast as they could when they are on the buying side. I had somebody before who was doing that. When you tell them about the house that you would want to see, they would not bother to call the people to find out if they could get in. There is a lot of hassle involved with the buying agent in setting up the whole thing and showing you the houses. The more houses that they show, the more work it is for them. The thing about Ms. Suzette that stood out to me was that she would tell me what the price range was for the particular area that I was looking for. We got pre-qualified by the bank for a certain amount and she pre-qualified the houses which was within that range. The other agent showed me the houses that was way out of my price range which I never qualified for and so, I did not understand as to what the point was. She would look at our income, the income ratio and what we could qualify for. Then you could go out and search for the houses that would be within your range that you could buy rather than looking at so many that you would not qualify for. In the end, people finalize on a house but would not be able to buy as they would not qualify, which is stupid. She did that part upfront and she was very good about that. She picked the range. She would then say that she would meet me on Saturday at a particular place and plan out a little tour of the area around there where I could see within three square miles which would be around fifty houses. For each of the houses, she would have what the situation would be for fore closure, what they would be asking and what you should offer. She would have all those details prepared for all the houses. You would look at it and then if you did not like it, she would meet you on the next Saturday. We would then go to the next area or a similar area. In the end, she would have showed you about hundred houses. In the end, when you buy a house, the good thing would be that you would have seen what was out there in the range in the area. You could then be confident that this is what the price is. You can be sure that you have shopped around. If you have seen only four houses, then you may feel that you could have got a better house after you buy it. Your might be feeling in your mind that it may not be the right house for you. When you see a lot of the houses, you would compare the features of the houses in your mind with the costs and you would get a really good feel of the market. So, when you buy it, you would buy with confidence knowing that it is the right house that meets whatever is the best for your family and the best house of all the houses that you could afford. Overall, it was a lot of work for her but in the end I was happy. The same thing happened with the commercial real estate deals. I told her that I was looking for something that was on the riverside where I could get three fold reduction of what it would be at the peak but something that still had a good rental market. I defined all these parameters for her. She took me around and I found the property that I was looking for at the riverside and so, I actually ended up buying two in that complex which worked out well. The cash flow was about twelve percent return a year and so, they were very good properties. In the end, I was very happy with that. Her commission was not that much on those properties as each one cost only $70000. She was right on time and she had all the information with her in case I wanted to make an offer on the spot. She was very good. She provided a complete service from a customer service point of view. Two of the agents before were very similar to each other as they wanted to show me a very small number of houses and did not want to spend a lot of time on it. They would show you about four houses and you would end up paying $15000 for one weekend's work. They would then try and talk you into buying one. However, she never put that kind of pressure. She spent several weekends on it.

She is awesome. I'm actually working with her again. We used another agent from another agency that only wanted to show us three or four houses. He wanted to pressure us into signing for one so he wouldn't have to do any more work. You would expect an agent to do a little bit of work for their commission. The agent from The Born Solution showed us about a hundred different houses, and she didn't put pressure on us. She compared them all and helped us to make the right choice. She really earned her commission and did a good job. She is honest, fair, responsible, and organized. She will bring a sheet with all of the information for the property. She responds right away. You can't get a better real estate agent than Suzette. She has done the same quality job for another purchase that didn't involve as large of a commission. She was the best agent I've ever had. I recommend her to all of my friends.

The lady was good. I spent about $530000. I bought a house. She represented me. I had actually had an agent before her. I would ask him to show me a lot of houses around the area, but he would show me only 3-4 houses. He would try to pressure me into picking one house, so that he could get paid without doing more work. So, I used her instead. She did not put any pressure on me. I gave her the listing of properties in particular areas and she went through to find out if the houses were for foreclosures, regular sales; etc. She also found out as how long the houses were in the market and the amounts for them. She would show me around and ask me if I was interested. I saw all the houses in a couple of areas I was looking at within 3-4 months. She helped me make a competent decision. She spent a lot of time for me. She was willing to work for me. I like her because she is very nice and very professional. She is a very happy person. She puts in a lot of effort and she cares. She worked for different people at the same time. She was willing to do more work. She did not try to make a quick buck off me. She was very responsive. I will use her services again in the future.

I met Suzette as a first time home buyer. I had been working with another agent previously. The original agent would only show 1 to 2 houses every couple of weeks and then pressure me to buy one so he wouldn't have to do any more showings. The houses he showed me were generally way out of my price range and I would have never been approved for a loan even if I made an offer. The first thing Suzette did was evaluate my income, credit and available down payment so that we could determine what the bank would approve me for. This limited the houses we needed to see because we knew what price range would be feasible. Suzzette set-up appointments every weekend for months and showed 5-10 houses for every appointment. She arranged the showings in the same vicinity for each weekend so that we could quickly go from house to house. This process allowed me to get a feel for the market/prices and the types of homes available so that when I made a descision to offer I was confident of the price I was offering based on the many houses I had looked at. Suzzette did background research on each house before showing it and eliminated those deals/situations that were unlikely to be workable for me as a buyer (complicated short sales, foreclosures that would be difficult to finance through FHA or with unworkable terms) early on in the process. She was sensitive to our emotions as first time buyers while also maintaining a pragmatic businesslike style that prevented us from wasting time. She was always willing to research and show any property we found on the MLS. She followed through at every step in escrow by working on a daily basis with the lender and seller to ensure everything went though with the fewest delays. She is extremely organized and managed the entire transaction from beginning to end without missing anything. Even after the close of escrow she helped us to work with the homeowners insurance company to get vendors for certain repairs and make sure there would not be anything that would result in an ultimate policy rejection and lack of insurance. She showed us over 200 houses whithout complaining. She let us decide when to make offers and never forced us into anything or put any pressure on us. She wanted us to be happy with the house we ended up with and was willing to take the time to help us get to the final purchase. I could not reccomend her enough. Relative to the first agent it was a totally different experience. There are some agents out there that give the industry a bad name. Suzzette is not one of them. If all of the agents were as dedicated and decent as Suzzette buying a home would be a much easier experience for everybody. You won't go wrong with this agent. I found her by chance. I just got lucky. I will defintely use her if I buy or sell real estate in the future.
