Excellent. I would definitely hire them again.

Teamwork Termite did an amazingly thorough job. They let us know where they found termites and the extent of the damage, and also pointed out other issues like dry rot that needed attention. The provided a map of the house and specified any area that needed attention. When it came time to determine what work we wanted to proceed with, it was easy to follow the map and list of issues to choose what issues we wanted to prioritize. The inspector answered every question. The man who came out to do the work was extremely nice and professional and finished faster than estimated. The work was very neat - no mess, and both employees were prompt and courteous.

From the start, Tammy was super friendly and courteous on the phone and always was, even though we are pretty tough and critical customers. Eric was the inspector/wood treatment specialist and he was also very professional and honest. There was one guy who came with Eric who worked on our home and he was not the friendliest, but the job was accomplished. We had some concerns that were fixed immediately and without problems. We initially thought it would be better to have a roofer replace the wood, so we had another company replace some wood in front of our home. Later, we had Teamwork Termite replace the rest of the wood, and Israel and another employee actually did a better job than the roofers. In sum, they are a honorable company that does quality work at a reasonable price.

I needed an honest termite company as part of inspection of our home sale. I selected them purely based on Angie's list. The office was very courteous, and their availability prompt. They did a complete inspection, and provided report. To our surprise the buyer decided to do their own inspection. Their termite company (An---o's - I am not sure if I am allowed to give full name here) found the same dry rot issues, but raised a ficitious termite location (The inspector of the other company was trying to milk us as part of sale transaction). Team Work confirmed the spot had no termite, but agreed to do the treatment at the location at a small extra charge to satisfy the buyers. Team work originally did not want to do the small dry rot repair on the garage door, since it needed special wood strip - but finally agreed to help us and did a good job allowing us to close the escrow on time. I would definitely recommend them.

There was some confusion on my part as to whether or not all the agreed upon work had been completed afrter the purchase of the house was completed and I called Teamwork Termite to question this. They sent out an inspector to re-inspect the property and then called me to let me know that he/she felt the agreed upon work had been completed. I still wasn't convinced but after speaking with Tammy at the office a few times, I realized that Teamwork Termite had, in fact, done all that they were supposed to do and I had mis-interpreted the report. Needless to say, I felt a little sheepish and even more so a few days later when the sliding patio door was being replaced and additional evidence of termites and damage was seen (this area was not available for viewing at the time of the original inspection) and I needed a termite company to inspect the area. I called Teamwork Termite to see if they could send someone out to have a look. An inspector came out that day and treated the area. He refused to bill me for the inspection or treatment. I really appreciated both the promptness of service and the courtesy of the visit.

I met them through work and I have been a client of their for years. I have even recommended them to other clients. The office staff is very professional and courteous as well as the inspectors. They are very thorough.
