They lied about the pipe being broken underground. After digging 2 feet in my living, found out it was not broken.

Technician Jack responded immediately & solved the problem. Followed up the next day with a camera inspection. Discovered bigger problems & we arranged to have them repaired. Jacob was very helpful & explained every detail. Great group of guys!!!
