Description of Work: I sold my mother's condominium with Susie Lehmann after a close friend recommended Susie and her husband. (Note that cost is appx since I don't remember that far back.) From the first meetings through the entire process, Susie and her husband were professional, supportive, and flexible. Within the first few days, we had multiple offers for the property and Susie facilitated a successful sale. It made my task much easier. By the way, I added Susie Lehmann to Angie's List following completion of the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Susie responded quickly to my inquiry, met with me and had the listing posted within a short time. We started receiving offers the next day and throughout the weekend. Among Susie and Don's services was the preparation of a detailed offers comparison chart so that I could determine which one best matched needs. They handled a difficult buyer's agent and also referred me to an escrow company that handled everything professionally and efficiently at a lower cost than other escrow companies quoted. Throughout the process, Susie communicated via email and telephone regularly and kept me informed. Excellent service.
Description of Work: Listing and selling agent for my mother's condo that I needed to sell for her because she is elderly and in need of nursing home care. Customary real estate services including listing, marketing, publicizing, advice and counsel, meeting with contractors and service providers, etc.
