Traps were effective and no longer have a pest problem

Application of pesticide took place in mid-June (at the start of ant season) and we have not seen any ants 8 weeks later. Normally, without pesticide application, we would have seen ants entering the house from several locations several times by now. Ant prevention is warranted for 3 months.

My technician, William, was fast, prompt and excellent. He first performed a complete inspection of my house and confirmed I had a rat problem. He then vacuumed my entire attic to remove all of the rat droppings. He performed a complete inspection of my house perimeter to ascertain every rat access point into the house. Each hole was repaired to prevent future access. Around 5 traps were set in various strategic points in my house. William then returned 4 additional times to check & reset the traps until he was confident that the problem was solved. A total of 6 rats were exterminated. The service was thorough & performed professionally. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company.

Stanley gave us a very fair estimate and tented and repaired all damage. They also painted all exposed wood surfaces to match existing color, even though this was not part of their original estimate. They were excellent. Showed up when they said they would and performed all repairs to our satisfaction. They were courteous and cleaned up all areas before they left. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had an issue with rats in our basement. Obviously this was something we wanted to resolve sooner than later, but we had a lot of difficulty locating a pest control company that services our area of OC, deals with rodents, and had appointments available in the near future. Stanley Pest Control of Anaheim was able to come out quickly to do an estimate. We wound up hiring them and are pleased with their work. Marco was the technician who serviced us. He was extremely punctual (on time for every appointment), professional, and courteous. The rodent issue was resolved. Hopefully we won't be needing this type of service again anytime in the near future, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again!

He came out and sprayed for ants. It diminished them a little bit but they came back. He came back 2 weeks later without an appointment and he never went into the backyard which was important to me. I still have ants and I am unhappy. UPDATE: They came back and fixed what was wrong, they were very nice, polite, and professional. I can say that they honored their warranty, they came back within 30 days and fixed the problem.

This was a big deal purchase. They came out fast the first time. After the first time it is kind of on the guy's schedule -- the routing. You are dependent on their schedule, not your schedule.

This company was right on time. The service provider swept the spider webbs then proceeded to spray yard to get rid of the ants and spiders. They gave a 30 day guarantee. They offered a one year service contract so I am considering this so we will not have these insects coming back again later. Very professional and their company service guy has been there for 10 years. Would highly recommend them.

We heard some critter up in our attic, making quite the racket. It woke us up in the middle of the night, Stanley Pest Control came out, found signs of a rat, and put out traps. Chad comes back every week to check the traps. Once it was clear that the bait had moved, but the trap didn't go off. Service was supposed to last a month, but the rat has not been caught yet, so the service has been extended for no additional charge. The problem is that the rat has access to areas without an attic, and it seems to spend most of its time there. Even though they have not yet caught the rat, the fact that they come back every week to check the traps, and have extended the service without charge, is admirable and appreciated.

Things went fine. It is possible I would use them again.
