Stanley Pest Control - Anaheim Office

After several years of trying to rid our yard of gophers, I finally sought the help of professionals. After talking to Stanley Pest Control, it was explained to me they difficulty involved and that it was not a one treatment solution. After hearing their professional advise, I felt it was the best option to at least obtain some sort of control over those little pests. The following week, one of the techs came out to start the process. After a few days, I noticed a huge improvement in the amount of fresh mounds appearing throughout my yard. The following month, the tech put out more of the poison and that took care of almost all of the gophers. The only area that still had issues was the farthest part of the the lot. The next treatment seemed to do the trick and finally after years of fighting, our yard is gopher free. I realize that when you live in the area that I do, there is not a permanent solution to a gopher problem. I do however thank the wonderful people at Stanley Pest Control in assisting me with dealing with the out of control situation that we were unsuccessfully dealing with!

I am writing this review now because I just saw another moth flying about and am so annoyed that I am compelled to finally write this review. The service man arrived within the time frame . We had just suffered a long move from the east coast to the west. Our rugs were infested with carpet moths. I sent the rugs to be cleaned and called Stanley to exterminate the house. I saved a few dead moths to show the service man because I wanted him to make sure he knew what he was aiming for. Upon arriving, he was in a hurry to leave. He wanted to concentrate in the kitchen but I told him we just moved in and our problem is not in the kitchen but in the clothes closets. However, i instructed him to treat the whole house since the price was inclusive of the whole house. He kept trying to talk me out of the rest of the house but I insisted and pretty much suggested that I would follow him around to make sure it was done the way I wanted. The price also included a 30 day follow up. I was so engrossed with mummified in issues that I let time lapse. They did not follow up with me. I still have an errant moth here and there, I am not infested, but it is because of my own diligence, and not because of their service. This is my opinion as a house wife, not an exterminator obviously. But, this site is about customer service ratings and I feel I did not get satisfactory service. I also don't know which office I was in contact with as I called the 877 service number.

I haven't seen another ant since the treatment. Very satisfied.

The exterminator was polite and on time. He sprayed a couple areas and left. He was there for less than 10 minutes. I thought he would sprayed the whole outside perimeter of the house. We still have spiders, ants, and crickets, they just moved to a new area. The last exterminator sprayed the whole area and we never had a problem for a long time. I would have called him except I lost his number.

My experience with them was good and bad. They came out within a few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal and there were no extra charges. They were okay. They were sending somebody out for termites. They had different offices and I had a little trouble finding the right office to schedule my inspection. The guy who came out for the termite inspection was good and nice, but he did not do the pest control treatment and they did not tell me another guy was coming out in a different period of time. I had stuff to do on the day the second guy was supposed to come out, but he ended up coming earlier. There was some confusion about him needing my Angie's List coupon, but he ended up having it.

They were excellent. One exterminator came out and it took him about half an hour. He sprayed both inside and outside. He was very thorough and honest.

I bought a deal through Angie's List and they seemed excellent. I was not here, my husband was, but he was very pleased with the provider. I had allowed the deal to expire, but they called and said they still would provide the service because I paid for it. So they came out and did the service even though the window of time had expired. They were outstanding as far as I can tell.

It was a very good experience. The service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

It was good. He came back and checked on it. He checked the rest of the house basically giving us advice on any other openings. They were easy to work with. They were easy to get a hold of. They came out in a timely manner. They had a secretary who was always nice and she communicated really clearly about appointment times and payment. It was easy to communicate with the workers. They were very professional.

They were fine, they called me because I wasn't there, and they went out of their way to look for me. They did a good job, and that is all that matters.

When they spray outside they make sure to stay away from my vegetable gardens. I like that they come out without me having to call and remind them. They have been responsive if I have needed to call them in between treatments. They do a great job.

The service was okay. I was expecting him to spray and take care of the spiders but all he did was clean out the areas with a glorified broom. I am not sure if I miss understood what the deal entailed. It temporarily took care of the problem but it did not preventative anything. Scheduling went fine and I had to call them to scheduled the work to performed.

I'm still using them. I signed a contract with them. They were excellent. At one point when I went out of town they rescheduled with no problems to do the job when I came back and they came and did the work. They were very good and I would recommend them. I used them April 2nd and now they come every 4 months and I like them so much. I spent nothing in addition for the big deal service and he charges me only $55 for every 3 months so they gave me a really good deal. They follow up and they are nice.

and the service turned out very well. They were very helpful. They did offer me an opportunity to continue the service but I needed to basically take care other things that I need to take care at the time. They were very prompt in their responses and in communicating on setting up appointment and then following through with the work itself and trying to check to make sure was complete to my satisfaction and it's very good.
