I would give them A's across the board. I spend $38. It works great, I haven't had any ants since they've been coming. They let us know when they're coming.

I purchased this deal because the Subject Title stated: $89 for Ant, Spider, Flea and TERMITE Service Package. I had an area on my wood patio cover where termites were eating the beam, and I wanted that one area treated. When the technician arrived, he indicated he would get started spraying the perimeter of my town home and was there a specific pest that I was having a problem with. I said I had an area on my patio cover that I wanted sprayed for termites. He said termite spraying is not covered by this deal and that they use a different chemical for that. I said it was advertised as if they do and even specified in the subject line of the ad and that is why I purchased it. He was very apologetic, and caught in the middle, and offered to have me talk to his manager. Once he got the manager on the line he handed the phone to me. The manager basically repeated the same thing- termites were not covered. I would have to have it serviced separately and that it was considerably more expensive and I should know that. And it was said with a bit of attitude. I told him I did not expect full termite coverage for $89, but I did expect to have the one problem area treated. I said I live in a town home and if I wanted to treat the front and back of my place I would have bought a can of bug spray and did it myself. In the end, he had his tech spray the area on the beam, and not only sprayed the exterior, he did the inside as well. The following day they sent their termite inspector out and he gave me an estimate for replacing the termite damage beam and two others that he said had dry rot. I was never sure if I wanted to get that done, so I hadn't turned in my review but I won't be using them again. The B ratings were given because of the tech and that fact that the chemicals worked.

They got rid of all my fleas and ants!!

They put traps in the attic and closed egress to the house. They came back a couple of times to check the traps. The service was pretty good. They were professional.

When I called them to come back out to collect the rats from the traps, I had to beg them just to come out. They only came out twice in the month and then tried to charge me another 500.00 for an additional month of service. Im doing better myself by catching the rats with my own sticky pads.

I haven't had any service done yet but will probably get the termites treated through this company. I am not sure I will hear about my dirt if I don't follow up.

I still have them and they are exceptional. The follow up and service is great. They are great. Their follow up is great. Their services are great and their solutions are great. They are great and that is why I am still using them.

Everything went pretty much okay at first. However, in response to my call about additional rat noise soon after the services had already been rendered, the boss came by and discovered that there was an area where Mike had missed, where there was another potential rat entrance area to be excluded. Mike subsequently came out and took care of that area too, and extended the monitoring service for another week, which was a nice gesture. I am happy with them overall regarding their responsiveness and their customer service is excellent. There was just that one problem that they had to come back and fix, so lowers their quality grade from A to B. It is a little concerning that if I wouldn?t have heard the continued rat activity, that the missed area would not have been discovered or addressed. Actually the additional rat noises were not necessarily an indication of an intrusion, and as a matter of fact I still hear rat noises every couple days, but I assume (and hope) that this is just outside.

The service was good. They were very good. They were on time for the appointment, and they were professional and courteous. The price was good.

The job was performed proffessionally and in a clean manner.

They came and took care of the problem. Set traps. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were okay. They came back more than one time when I had a problem with pest and took care of it. That was the first time I’ve used them. They did a good job. Responsiveness is fine.

The ants are gone but the spiders are back.

Well, first off, the exterior treatment didn't do much. The servicer came in and spent about 10 minutes doing outside treatment and that's pretty much it. For a while, there were more ants inside the house and came to live with them at the end. Now, I see a lot more ants outside as well. Not very responsive at all on quotes I asked for- at the end, never got it.

It took me about 3 minutes to tell the man what I want him to do. It took less than 3 minutes before he knock the door again and told me he's done. I did not see any wet marks on the perimeter of my house (For the record, it's 2000+ sqft) or anywhere. Spiders and other bugs showed up as usual ever since. I've bought quite a few one-shot pest control packages like this one from Angie's list. This was the only one that was not helpful at all.

Every contact, including the office manager, was very pleasant and professional. Repairs took five days due to the amt of damage we had. They cancelled one scheduled day due to someone calling in sick. No big deal. They delivered as promised and more. They reinforced all of our bagged foods on sink, in freezer and refrigerator. We had some opened containers we forgot to throw out and we found them in the sink and emptied. I appreciated that gesture. Also, cupboards in the garage were cracked a bit for the fumigation. Details like this impressed me.

It went very well. The treatment appeared to work. The process is relatively simple.

Have not seen an ant in the house since couple days after spray

I wasn't so satisfied with them. When they came over for the job, they were not knowledgeable about pests. They couldn't answer my questions about pests and they seemed to rush through the work. I called the company after they left to tell them that they rushed the job and didn't even do the inspection which was started in the Angie's List deal. They said they would email me through Angie's List, but I haven't heard from them. No one ever got back to me.

Unfortunately, the results were the opposite of what I had expected because I began seeing ants and spiders shortly after the treatment. Prior to this, I had seen no evidence of pests.

I was very pleased with the way in which the work was done, not having to endure a high pressure sales pitch. The technician did precisely what I asked for and was very professional while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I've had the service twice. The first time was excellent and the second time, I had mixed results. Some of the problems were taken care of but it actually increased some of the activity inside of the house. The first time it worked and there were no ants after. They were friendly and easy to schedule so that part was not a problem. In my experience the treatment tended to vary, some successful and some not so successful. The results of the service are hit and miss; you are not guaranteed to solve the problem. I received some email feedback but nobody has called me back to discuss the problem. The guy was great and very friendly but the results of his work were not up to standard.
