Rodent control including gophers, rats, mice, ground squirrels, ants, bed bugs, killer bees, hornets, wasps, yellow jackets, roaches, beetles, fleas, flies, mites, spiders, moths, & silverfish. Bird control including pigeons and bats. Live Animal Trapping and Dead animal removal. We do Bee Extermination, not Bee Removal.

Description of Work: One service technician came to the house and performed an outside pest control spray. | |A second technician performed an indoor termite inspection. | |Both technicians were friendly and very thorough. |They provided information on pest control plans offered through Stanley. | |However, I never received the termite inspection treatment options report (as termites were found). I called the Stanley office on 2/7/2015 and immediately received an email with the cost options for termite treatment and damage repair.

Description of Work: The price quoted for cleaning my attic of rodents (rats) was $150. But this price was limited to setting traps and returning to check them. What they declined to do without additional cost was check for entry and remove droppings. With an additional $340,they provided entry check, but no droppings removal. I believe they should have indicated in their pricing of this limitation, and vacuumed the droppings without charge. If both are really needed, they should be priced accordingly. A partial job has no value.
