Description of Work: The first guy that came out was rude to my dogs and left. I called the company and said I didn't want him back. The second guy that came back was awesome Marco. He plugged up all the entry places in my house that the rats could enter, set plenty of traps. Haven't seen one rat since!

Before he left he said if I had any further problems to call the number on his business card and he would immediately respond. The first treatment solved my ant problem. Description of Work: We're had problems with ants coming into our house, especially the kitchen since we bought the place 2 years ago. We couldn't keep ants from coming in through the walls into our kitchen. The provider assessed our ant problem to identify small outside ants. He found several ant mounds in our front yard. He laid out poison that took one week to eliminate them. He also sprayed under the house at our request (reasonable extra cost). After that, they were all gone. We have had no further incidents, even in this heat (1 month later). Well done!

Description of Work: They sprayed all around the outside of the house. Then came in and sprayed the entire kitchen area where there were the ants. So far no ants have come back. Thank you!!!!!

Description of Work: Sprayed insecticide to house exterior as a preemptive measure in anticipation of ant season. Within two weeks of spraying, ants nevertheless began appearing inside the house. Stanley technician came back out to apply additional insecticide (for no additional charge) and offered to spray inside the house. I declined the offer to spray insecticide inside the house. Ants appeared again a few weeks later coinciding with hot weather.
