Description of Work: The first technician did not know what he was doing and left saying that for $150 all he had to do was was survey the problem. After calling you and Stanley, they came through with what was promised.

Description of Work: Contacted me in a timely manner after purchase. Explained the package and arranged an arrival time with the tenant. Performed an inspection and informed the resident of the abatement procedure. Scheduled additional trips to check the trap. Gave me information of possible entry points for the rodents. No vermin was found in traps after the entry points had been sealed. Very good company. Will use again, but hope it is not necessary.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Met the resident and coordinated work schedule. Performed an inspection and then completed work in a timely manner. Very professional technician. Apprised the owner of the situation and future visits until pests were non-existent. Will certainly call and use their services, if needed, in the future.
