It was a pleasure doing business with Stanley Pest Control, and especially with Tom their service representative. Heis very professional, and always on time.

I have been using this company for over 40 years. They come quarterly to spray around the outside of my house in Porter Ranch. I have never had a serious insect problem. If required they will do an interior pest control job. They have always been responsive and reasonably priced. They have dealt with rats, wasps, and other special jobs. If they don't do it themselves, they arrange for the proper specialist.

Overall, I’d give them a very good rating.

They once came inside because a little baby mouse got inside. They were very sweet in removing it alive. They are very attentive and professional. They call before they come even though we never see them; they let us know that they are coming. If we had something going on they wouldn't show up. They are very good. They take care of removing animals very nicely. We will continue to use them.

I set up an appointment and they promised to be out between 8 and 10am. I called about 10:30 because no one had arrived. The girl in the office told me the person with the order was having truck problems and offered to set up another appointment in the afternoon. Since I was planning on working out of the house anyway, I skipped the appointment and opted for ASAP. The serviceman arrived about 1:30. He explained the various costs for one-time, monthly and bi-monthly service. We opted for a bi-monthly service. He completed the work and cleaned up after himself. He was very nice. I will add an addendum to this report if necessary, since we will be continuing the service every other month.

He was very professional and on-time. He knew his stuff and I just happen to get a better quote from Western Exterminators. I think these guys would have done a great job if I went with them. It was purely based on the price as the professionalism, punctuality, and history/quality of the companies I looked at were excellent.

They are doing good. They are very responsive, always returning phone calls.

They are ok. I have some issues, some things they're great at and others they're not. But they do try. We will continue to use them.

They are very reliable. The main thing is they've kept their cost the same over the last 10 years, which is amazing! They are eager to work with the customer. The fact that they've kept the price the same, is why I stayed with them. I've been happy with what they've done and they've have always been very responsive if we ever have a problem.

I ask for the same person every time to do the work. He will come over early to do the work. He calls me the night before to make sure that I will be there.

Everyone I dealt with at Stanley was very professional and nice. They all were on time and called back when they said they would.

I made the appointment over the phone. The day before (Sunday) I got a message confirming that someone would be at my house between 9:30 and 11am, and asked me to call to confirm. I called and left a message confirming the time. Monday morning I waited and no one came. I called the number they left on the confirmation call at 11:05 and told them that no one had shown up. The woman told me I wasn't in the system. I explained to her that I had received a confirmation call, so I must be. She said she would try the other branch. She passed me on to them. They said they weren't sure where the guy was, but they would have someone to my house within an hour. I was leaving the house, so I told them to forget it.

They were prompt, courteous and fairly priced. The spraying seems to be working. I did sign a service contract with them.

I really liked this place. You can do a contract with them or just pay for the one visit. I paid for the one visit. I thought the person was very nice, professional, and he explained things very well to me. He also told me that I had no other problems with rodents or anything that he could see. That was refreshing news.
