They were good. I will use them again. I bought the deal for the spring. That worked well. I had them come out in September and replace the screens in my attic. They did a good job on that. It was all reasonably priced. I was happy. If I have to get termite stuff, which I may have to one of these days, I probably call them.

Very professional employee. We used them once before. This time the spray only lasted about 4 months. The pesticide was too weak this time.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was the first time I've had any pest control here and they gave okay service. The issue was that he was really pushing for me to sign a contract with them and I didn't appreciate that. I did not like that. He was very professional and did a good job. It was effective. I kept saying I needed to think about the costs and he was pushing for me to agree to a contract, which I didn't do. He did very good on the job because I'd had bugs for a while. I don't know if I would use them again or not but probably not.

We retained their service and they come every two months and they spray our yard. We have a terrible spider problem, black widows, and they have gotten rid of them. They were very efficient. They are in and out in no more than twenty five minutes and they are very thorough.

The man was very helpful and they did a good job!

It really went well. They didn't charge me anymore other than big deal amount. I believe that the treatment really works, I mean, we haven't had anywhere near the ants this season that we did last year so I was happy about that. I would use them again.

It went very well. They did an excellent job.

this was my second time. this time i didn't think he sprayed as well along the house and in areas i'd asked him to spray. after the treatment still found a few spiders inside upstairs

OK, but he seem like he was in a hurry. In and out. Did not spend much time for my size home and yard.

The service went fine. They never called me about it and so a couple of months later I called them and then they were pretty prompt to come out. I am a little concerned about the way it is showing up in my bank statement. It said a recurring charge, so I had to call Angies List to have that removed and I don't know if that actually got removed. The price was very good.

They needed to come back to repair the same area but were very quick to respond

They were fine. Their prices were just higher than I thought. I kind of felt that the service package was to come out and check the house for termites and stuff and I knew that I had them in a specific location and I do, it is just that their treatment cost to treat it was very high. The person who came out was great, I felt that he was very competent, very professional and very knowledgeable and I appreciate his upfront honesty about stuff. I was impressed that they called me right back.

I got a contract with him and he comes every two months. What I don't like is before the two months is up, he calls and wants to have it done and I have to put him off a week or two because if he comes in earlier I am paying more. So, I don't know if that's intentional or not, but I don't like him to do that. What I like is I expected him only do the outside, but he suggested doing the garage, which I didn't think of and I really needed the garage sprayed. That was good. I am glad he found that. He is very nice and very quiet. When the first time he came, I have a small backyard, he completely sprayed every inch of my backyard, which I thought was great. Now, all I do is the base of the house. I haven't had any problems that I can tell.

The service was excellent. They were wonderful. While they were here, they did a spray, put down retardant for rats, and they also went around the whole house and removed all the cob web so that I could see that they took care of the spider problem. Everything went great. I would recommend them.

Albert, the exterminator, came by to assess the problem and said that he could treat the area on the spot. He guaranteed that his work would take care of the problem and it did. Albert was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We’re very satisfied with his work.

It was a positive experience. I admit that when the guy was inspecting the house I was also talking to a construction person so I wasn't with them at all. But they were very professional and they gave me a detailed quote.

I explained to the the technician I was experiencing ants in my house every summer. He proceeded to spray the exterior of the house. I think he suggested to spray inside the house but I was not comfortable spraying inside because I have a indoor cat. I was hoping the exterior insecticide would eliminate the ants but I continued to have ants in my house.

Last year we had a terrible ant problem in our kitchen. This year when I saw mounds of sand in the cracks of the driveway I knew we needed to do something before they entered the house. We called Stanley because of Angie's ratings and were met by the most pleasant and professional exterminator. I showed him all our problem areas outside the house and he took care of the problem. Additionally the solution they use will NOT hurt dogs, which was a concern. I have already recommended this company to my neighbor.

The guy that came out was great and the inspection went well. The follow up was suspect. The guy that came out was knowledgeable. We are trying to work out a billing system for work afterwards.

They showed up on time and performed the correct service. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
