I called them to clean up a drain and they are charging $59, I thought it will cost between $109 and $209 to fix the drain but later they were charging me $259. Then they called me back and charged me the $59 because it was a misunderstanding. They were fine, they did a good job and they were quick.

Overall, I think they did a good job. They worked clean and were clean. They arrived within twenty minutes of when they said that they would arrive. I had about 4 estimates with crooks on one end, and unlicensed people on the other end. This company's estimate was very professional. The only hitch with this company was that this was done in a condo that was required by the city to have permits and a business license. You need to have a business license within the city, and the job got delayed by a week while we went back and forth to get the paper work. They finally did the work and I was happy when they completed it. He gave me the advice for determining whether or not I could use the bathrooms, pending the completion of their work. I was really greatful for their advice, because I was not able to shower in my house. I would definitely recommend them.

I picked them at random to unclog our main sewer drain, a recurring problem over the past few years that was the result of root invasion of the main drain running 6 feet below our driveway. Ben Lubbers quickly cleared the obstruction and scoped the line to verify the location of the broken pipe. His estimate to saw-cut the concrete driveway, dig down to the sewer line, repair it, and backfill was $3000, less than half of the one I had in hand from Mike Diamond Plumbing. I asked them to be particularly careful to "pound" the backfill to compress it thoroughly because we were planning to replace the driveway with paving stones that require a solid foundation. After neatly sawcutting, breaking up the concrete and hauling it away (which I did not expect), they dug down to the line, fixed it, and then put a a full-sized plate compactor into the 7 foot deep trench. They compacted each foot or so of backfill and had virtually none left when the hole was filled. This effort was far more than I had expected, and there no swale in my new driveway over the excavation. I was so happy with their work that I paid them a bit extra. S

The plumber was very professional in appearance and action from start to finish. Splash is now THE plumbing company for our neighborhood, called by many and referred by everyone who calls.

I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN, THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS ABOVE ALL.
