He always shows up on time, works fast, produces expected clean results, is friendly and invoices are provided immediately. Its nice to not have to worry about, when & if a service contractor will show up to work. Especially in the economy we are in today. I appreciated the detail and care put into our residential cleaning. We had the windows cleaned a few weeks ago and they are still upholding a gleaming shine with spotless window tracks and surroundings.
