Description of Work: The garage door would close then go back up. Another highly rated company wanted over a $100 for a repair and said it was the a circuit problem. Sam fixed it within 15 minutes and said it was just a pressure adjustment. He said that this problem was common with this door opener.

Description of Work: Contacted to replace one spring on the garage door. As it turned out it's recommended to replace both. My tech Mike inspected all the parts of the garage and identified a couple of worn parts that also needed to be replace. No hard sell but extremely informative and professional.

Description of Work: They replaced the garage door opener. It was a tough job as the opener was over 15 years old. I would have liked more information on the technology aspects of the opener. The tech also cleared out all openers in my car (including front gate)which was not necessary.

Description of Work: They replaced the garage door motor gear and sprocket assemble, the rollers and oiled the hinges. I had obtained the correct gear and sprocket assembled so the cost didn't include that part. They were efficient and had it completed in about a half hour.
