Description of Work: My garage door was making terrible noises |as the door lifted. Thought for sure brackets, chair or door had to be cracked somewhere and breaking. Nice honest guy came out and gave the door a good greasing and adjusting and works great! No parts were needed. I had never gave the door a tune up in the 5 yrs I had it. Will do tune ups as preventive care in the future since the door slides so much easier now.

Description of Work: They did a Garage Tuneup and replaced rollers. Sam came out and did an excellent job. My door had a loud squeak when opening and after he was done it was very quiet. Today, almost 5 weeks later it's still quiet. Definitely would use Sam again.

Description of Work: I purchased the garage door tune-up for a low price, but when I needed other services and products, they were priced higher than I would have gotten from another provider or on my own. Not considered as savings unless you only used him for what you purchased.

Description of Work: Tune up for garage door. Door actually operates smoother (I was skeptical going into it). Sounds quieter.

Description of Work: Replaced rollers and lubricated door. Actual Work was great. Only problem was technician billed me for std maintenance which was supposedly covered by angie's list coupon i gave him. After technician left, I called office to request $39 refund from $189 paid for entire job. Office manager apologized for technician oversite and said she would issue refund by end of week..... It is now a month later (11/2) and no $39 refund check in sight. Just called office again and operator apologized for delay and will have office manager call me when "she gets back" this afternoon.... Now end of day with no call back.... Sigh
