Description of Work: They replaced the seal on the garage door. They did a great job and even replaced the burned out light bulb in the opener and lubed the door and opener. I had a coupon but paid additional for a larger seal.

Description of Work: Garage door tune up. Went great, door was reversing when it got partially closed. They diagnosed it and lubed it up and the problem has stopped. They also pointed out an installation error that is causing the extra stress in the door, and recommended a fix for that as well.

Description of Work: Aside from the "clean and lube" I'd paid for, the tech was able to fix a couple of problems with the opener. He had the experience to diagnose the issue, did a great job showing me what was wrong, and had the parts to fix it. Which I chose to do. I thought the add-on was well worth it. My garage door has never worked so well or been so quiet. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: $39 groupon for a garage door "tune up" consisted of 10 minutes of a spray lube of the chain and rollers plus a recommendation to replace ($250) the "undersized" spring that has been working fine for 12 years. We passed on the replacement spring.
