Sam's Garage Doors

It went okay. It went good. I had two of them. They said they didn't come to my area after I bought it. I got credited. They got another one for me and he came out. He did an inspection and said I needed a tune-up. He charged me more for a tune-up. He left. The next day he did work again and he guaranteed his work for a month. He came back on a Sunday. He found out there was a part that was bad. He replaced it at a charge. Now it's working fine.

Mike was very professional and courteous. He already had the bottom track and the door springs on his truck so the replacement went very quickly.

Very well. Mike was very professional, answered all our questions and explained some alternative choices on the placement of opener buttons.

The vendor arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The prior squeaky noise sound of an opening and closing garage door no longer has that sound, and for an extra reasonable cost, I now have a new garage door opener. I was very pleased with this service and recommend it to anyone who has not had a garage door tune up in years - as I did.

After a power outage, the garage door opener would not re-engage. Sam's sent Mike out the same day and within fifteen minutes he had diagnosed the problem (broken switch), checked the motor, gave the door a quick tune up and had the door working better than ever. Mike was professional, polite and efficient. I would certainly call Sam's again if the need arises.

Excellent from start to finish. Just purchased a new (older) home and the garage door squealed when moved. Hoped the tune-up would fix this, but completely understood the age of the opener indicated a new one was necessary. He was so fast and efficient and I had a beautiful new opener within an hour. He then tuned up the door and I now have a silent garage door. Perfect!

Our old garage door was thin and had multiple dents from kids playing basketball outside. The old door wouldn't even roll up with the remote. Sam's garage doors came out and showed us the more durable products that they offered and were able to install the new door with in 5 days. The man that came out the install the door was professional and cleaned up his mess. Thanks!

Very nice guy came out and did the tune-up and added a keypad for me. He was very prompt and informative. I will definitely use him in the future.

They arrived in a timely way. They called to let me know when they would arrive (even though I had a service time window). They first accessed how well the door worked. They then began adjusting the springs as well as the frame that holds the door. They were able to perform a complete adjustment that left the door opening and closing as it should. I was really pleased that they knew what they were talking about. They made some recommendations on what I could do in the future. I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism. They are on my list of favorites. I would whole heartedly recommend them. And I am a do it yourself person. I installed the garage door openers but had a terrible time dealing with the balance of the door and the springs. I had someone come out who replaced a broken spring but they did not seem to know a whole lot about balancing the entire door etcetera. These guys are the real thing. Money well spent.

They came for the tune-up and identified the problems with my 21 year old opener. The gentleman was not pushy at all. He provided me options of only replacing the rubber belt or the whole unit. I opted for the new unit. They came back the following week and arrived about 30 minutes later than we had discussed but it was within reason. The gentleman installed the unit, provided instruction and was very professional. I was pleased with the experience

Everything was great. I lost the transmitter for my garage door and needed to replace it. I thought of going to Home Depot and buying one myself for $35 or seeing how much it would cost for someone to do it for me. I have referred a couple of friends to Sam's Garage Door and they were both greatly satisfied. I called and they quoted me $55 which was a no brainer. They came on time, got me the new transmitter, and oiled the chain for no extra charge. Very pleased and will use them when needed in the future.

Wow! Before Sams garage tuneup, my garage door sounded like a loud screeching mess. He got the job done fast, and we are amazed at how quiet it sounds!! We are gonna call him out every 6 months for maintenance! Thank you so much

Mike showed up at the appointed time, looked over my garage door and opener, and performed the "tune up" just as I had requested. He never tried selling me equipment or service. I really appreciated that! Mike was personable and wanted to be sure that I was pleased with his service. I would definitely use Sam's in the future.

The service was great! He pointed out that the bracket attaching the cable spindle to the wall had broken, that the cable was also fraying, and that some of the hinges were the wrong size on our extremely heavy, solid wood, double garage door. He replaced all the rollers, and also the improperly sized hinges with the correct sized ones. The cables are extra heavy-duty, so those had to be ordered, but they arrived within a few days & he replaced them and fixed the keypad on a follow-up visit. The door makes a lot less noise now, too. I highly recommend the service and will use them again in the future.

One of our garage doors was intermittently sticking so I decided to have them both serviced. The only thing that the company really did was to grease the tracks. Seemed like not a lot of work for $80 however, since they did the job we haven't had any problems.
