Not Well....I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Mike did an excellent job. Arrived on time, replaced the springs. He was very nice and would recommend him to anyone who need some garage door work done.

After another company lied to me (said my spring was "obsolete" and tried to get me to buy a complete new door when all I needed was one spring) , Sam's repairman came out, quickly located the necessary spring, and replaced both it and the other spring for just $175. Good job, thanks.

Technician found that a motor capacitor had failed and needed to be replaced. I thought the cost of the part and the labor charge was a little high but I was happy that the problem was solved. He also greased and adjusted the door to operate smoother. The door now runs much smoother and quieter. He did a good job.

Hired them to do a garage tune up and added some services while performing that. They took care of it in a timely fashion and for an excellent price. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to service their garage door needs.

We really liked the man who installed our new unit. He explained a couple of different options we could have gone with. In the end, we decided to purchase a brand new unit and we could not be happier. Our new garage door is so quiet and we LOVE it.

It went well. Except for the scheduling I they call me up that they are 10 minutes away from my house I waited after an hour and a half I called them up ask where they at told me that they are running late so I have to reschedule.

Technician was prompt, professional, and friendly. Will definitely use again for garage maintenance.

It turned out fine. There was nothing bad. They were on time and that was good.

Overall, great. The only thing that I was very disappointed about, and the reason for the B ratings in some categories, is I was not told up front that installing an emergency bypass system to open the garage door if the power is out was not included. I am a little surprised it's not automatically included in the package. However, I should have been told that up front and given the option to purchase it before the installation was scheduled. As it happened, the gentleman told me after he was done, and packing up to leave. So now if I want it, I have to schedule another service day, which is difficult. All in all, the garage door opener works great and I'm pleased with my purchase. I just wish I had been informed of that detail ahead of time.

At first I thought this was w a waste of money. However after the man left and I realized how much improved my garage door performed I was delighted.This was a great investment. He knew what he was doing and left me with a good feeling.

Very quick. Everything was done in 2 hours. He was polite and professional.

He arrived promptly but Did not fix the garage door. Told me that I need to replace the entire garage door motor. I was able to fix it by spraying lubricant on it. I sprayed it while he was on site. And he was bit surprised when it starting working. I felt like he was trying to sell me a product instead of trying to fix it. It's still working fine even after his visit few months ago.
