Description of Work: Checked and serviced the garage door. In cold weather, sometimes my garage door sticks while in the process of closing; the serviceman adjusted a setting that should, hopefully, solve the problem in the winter. I am pleased.

Description of Work: They did tune up, replaced the "eyes " straightened the rails, rewired, and replaced rollers. most of this was above and beyond the coupon, which was OK as it wasnt working too well and needed these services, ;and I knew it would cost me more to get things right. They were very courteous and professional,, explained everything.

Alex was very up front about my options and I never felt pressured or like I was being up-sold. I knew the approximate cost to replace everything and their price was very competitive and I felt I fully understood my options before making a decision. The installer was quick and tidy and their follow up was great.

Description of Work: I must start out by saying how disappointed I am using this service that I am paying for. As documented below, I arranged for a garage door repair to be performed which was confirmed by the contractor. After writing to them through your messages on your website, I received no response. I called them today to confirm my appointment to find out that there was no appointment and that they do not service my area. They did not know who sent the response to me and why it was no booked but that will contact Angie's List to let them know to refund my money. I signed up with Angie's List believing that I would get good service not only from the contractor but from you as a referral service. The fact that I have no one is performing the repair today after take a day off is not only frustrating but has cost me more money rather than save it as claimed by you services. I expect to get a full refund immediately and will be looking into discontinuing with subscription with Angie's List since it does not provide any value to me.

Description of Work: The repair man came out on time, did a complete inspection, replaced the bottom rubber weather seal, oiled & greased chains and rails, explained all he did on a timely basis. I guess I also appreciated that there was no sales pitch for other repairs or services.
