+ -1 moreThey installed the new doors and then told me that I had to pay for the painting and refinishing work of the old doors but they were giving me a discount. I was told that the repainting was guaranteed for 5 years. I recently noticed that the older doors were needing to be repainted again, because the paint was chipping. They came out a week ago and just called me today to tell me that they would supply the paint but I would have to pay $300 for the labor. I was furious and told them I would be letting the world know of my dissatisfaction and what people can expect from this company. I will never use them again.
Description of Work: This is a terrible company to deal with when you have problems. My mother bought in 2005 the showroom magnificently displayed French doors with beveled panes of glass and side pieces that can open. I bought a slider kitchen door with beveled panes and screen. My mother built onto my home and has her own entrance. In 2009 I went in to the store to say that my mother's door looked horrible. The paint was chipped and the metal hinges were rusted. My mother's panes were cloudy and it looked like you could never get them clean. My own sliding door was chipped and needed repainting. I was told that if I bought more doors, they would fix my older doors. Like a fool, I believed them and bought a double front door, a single front door for my mother and a dutch door to go between our houses.

+ -1 moreestimate high but I wanted quality after a few years double panes began to fog up some with rainwater between panes now about 50 need to be replaced They look terrible when the sun shines thru I called the service department and they want $95 to come out and give me an estimate. I am most irate that they would charge to see what is wrong
Description of Work: replaced all windows and doors in my home 2690 sq ft two years later replaced some panes for $1100 Used the showroom in Mission Viejo but service in Anaheim

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A WELL-RAN, VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE TOP QUALITY (AS IS THE PRODUCT), PROMPT AND POLITE. THEY ALSO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY TRULY VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS.
Description of Work: RENAISSANCE HAS REPLACED ALL OF OUR WINDOWS AND SOME OF OUR EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR DOORS.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. IT IS JUST THAT THE PRODUCT HAS ENHANCED OUR HOUSE AND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
