I contacted Scott after our previous contractor could not finish our kitchen remodel. Scott was very attentive to our needs, was on time with everything and most importantly did an excellent job. Our kitchen turned out amazing! We have an old house where some of the walls are not perfectly straight, Scott and his crew were able to work around this and shim everything out soo it looked perfect! We plan to use Scott for our next project as well!!

It didn’t go well. He did contact us within about 3 days. We canceled the first appointment and then he needed to reschedule the second appointment which he was about 20 minutes late for and was embarrassed about. I couldn’t get him to get started or to provide an estimate. While he was nice, gave us the $49 back in the form of a check when we were invited to got to the showroom to pick out countertops, cabinets, etc. it seemed like he didn’t want our business and that we had to really work to get anything from him including an estimate or to get him to follow-up with us. Then, he didn’t call for three weeks and I followed up with him. Even when we finally got our estimate after following up with him we never hear from him. This really wasted a lot of time that we could have been working with another provider.

I chose this company because of an ad in the publication and was expecting more because the actual ad specified services that I didnt get. Was supposed to get a 3D design and did not. Was 30 minutes late to the appointment and cut it short because he was rushed to get to next appointment. He did give me a silver dollar because he was late to try and make up for being late. Really felt like I was rushed so he could get to the next appointment.

Provided kitchen design in 3 d. The design was good and received the proposal. Scott has many good ideas to help save you money. I havent used him yet as this is the final stage of my project as I am doing a whole home remodel

We've been working on the remodel of our kid's bathroom for close to a year, so after we finally had the vanity installed we decided not to wait too long to get the counter top picked out and installed. At first we were set on one particular product, calling around to various fabricating shops to get rough estimates. When we called REMODELWORKS, Scott was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We coordinated a time to visit their shop, to review the product we were considering, and Scott was very available. After discussing options, Scott was able to help us decide on the right product for our needs at a very reasonable price. Later that same week, the installers came right on time, were very efficient, and had finished the install within record time (in my opinion). We had agreed to have them install the two undermount sinks, which I'm sure would've taken me all day if I were to do it. With the leftover material, Scott was able to work with us to create a couple simple desktops for two new desks for the kids, again all at a reasonable price. REMODELWORKS has been a pleasure to work with, and now this year-long project is finally coming to a close!

My wife and I were very pleased with the finished job. We were prepared for this remodel and Scott Bollinger and his crew exceeded all expectations. It was well worth the sacrifice of being without a kitchen for 6 weeks. When we look at the new kitchen and family room, we are delighted and would recommend REMODELWORKS to others.

Our contact with Scott Bollinger at Remodelworks was a positive one in all aspects of the project. Scott is personable, very reliable and responsive. He returns calls promptly, comes when he says he will come and checks in regularly to see how the job is progressing. The workmen he provided were very skilled and eager to please us. We would gladly use Remodelworks again in the future.

The finished product was good. Cabinets are beautiful. The kitchen is my wife's favorite room in the house. The cabana is beautiful. The bathroom is gorgeous. However getting the project completed was frustrating. After the first month of work, the workers were falling behind on the progress. The bathroom got demoed right away, so we couldn't use it. Then the contractors did not start doing work in the bathroom for three months. The project was a lot of work and the five month contract turned into an eighth month timeline. The guy that negotiated the deal was Scott Bollinger. He promised to over see the project. He was rarely around. We did get some money refunded because of the delays. The Aguilar brothers did come back out to repair a few things.

I liked RemodelWorks DBA Genesis Aguilar Construction price. Their price was competitive. We had four other bids and they were the best priced wise. They were a smaller company, so that was a little bit of a concern. When we talked to them they gave us references and showed us their work. I liked the quality of work. The cabinetry is all custom built, high quality materials, the granite is very nice, and the tile work. Their timeline was pretty good; they were pretty close to the timeline.
