Description of Work: A representative from Reborn came to our home and gave us an estimate for refacing our kitchen cabinets. We received 2 estimates for different countertops. (corian & granite) Pricing started at $15K for Corian and $12K for Granite. The salesman offered to also redo the bathrooms for a total of $20K. A few days later a company representative left a message they could give us a better price. We were told the salesperson we previously talked to was out of town on personal business. A different salesperson came to our house and advised it could be less expensive to completely redo the kitchen. A few days later we visited the Reborn showroom and met the second salesperson for a consultation. The prices were much higher (over $16K) We asked about refacing using a Formica countertop. The salesman now stated the refacing would cost more than a total redo. Reborn did not have the first salesperson's paperwork and would not honor that price. We feel Reborn either didn't really want our business or was trying a "bait & switch" . This is just a brief description of our experience.
