The carpenter that did the work, Hector, did an excellent job. and was very professional. The original contact guy, the salesman, was off on his promises of when the job would get completed, but other than that it was a positive experience. Hector went out of his way to get the job done as soon as possible. We were putting our house up for sale and he made sure that the job was complete in time for the 'open house' .

We had a total kitchen remodel last year and it was a nightmare. Employee leaving the job in mid stream to go on vacation. Nothing was done in the meantime the leaving a demo'ed kitchen exposed to the outdoors for weeks. But that is water under the bridge. Now I have been trying to get simply warranty work done for approx. 2 months. I am being told that they will get to it. I called this morning and spoke to Anthony in Warranty and I asked him for the company name that installed the windows and the company the installed the shutters. Simple, just look in the file, right? Wrong, we will get back to you that was their answer, yet again! Our original project was approx. $100,000, you think that we could get good service? Wrong again!

They're installation was fine, the salesman was fine, they're office practices are really bad. What should have taken three days ended up taking over a month to get done. They were not totally equipped and did not have what they needed for the situation. They said they were coming out at 11:30 on the first day, they tried to show up earlier when I wasn't available yet the ended up arriving late. My understanding was that I would be receiving three full days of service when I really only got two full days. I ended up talking to the VP of the company in regards to the amount of money we were spending, and the quality of service that we were given. I would not recommend their service.

Made arrangements in the fall for a design consultation the beginning of Jan. Called and called and called. I finally told them a date had been set and was set for the date we could do it and if they continued to call, we would cancel completely. They quite calling. Designer showed up on time. I honestly wasn't very impressed. We felt pressured--this is the price today kind of thing. We had seen work of the company so we ended up going with them even though they seemed a little high. I don't know if designers work on commission but he kept telling us about the remodel he had written up "yesterday for $30,000." Once everything was ordered and decided, we never heard from the designer again. Project manager was great. We were informed every step of the way--who would be coming and when. All of the craftsmen were fabulous! The guys who removed the countertop (very neat and professional) did some damage to one of the walls that wasn't going to have the backsplash. Reborn sent out a painter to texture the wall and prepare for painting. They used the backsplash we had already purchased. It came out absolutely gorgeous! Neat, professional, friendly. The craftsmen were great to work with. Mostly an "A" rating except for that designer and his attitude which forced us to give them an overall "B" rating.

It all looks and performs great! This outfit runs like a well oiled machine. I could get a hold them every time, try that with most companies. The folks that work for Reborn like being there and it shows. The installers were amazing and they knew more about my dog (boxer) than I did. Thanks Sharon and Leon:)

They were wonderful and we would use them again. All the contractors were great and almost became family. I liked them so much, I have gone to some of their seminars and spoke to the crowd about how much we enjoyed the experience.

I got a love-hate relationship with these folks. The quality of their workmanship is A, but the project management absolutely sucked. Cost-wise they were a little bit higher than others in their field and I don't think they did much more than what others do. On the downside, they didn't tell us that the company was no longer producing the product we saw at a local vendor's showroom that we played touchy-feely with. So on the time they were actually to deliver, we got a call which said, "Oh by the way, she got to pick out a new one." Let me give you the horror story: they came in to start the job which meant tearing up the bathroom and then the very next day told us that the shower pan was backordered. I sat there and said, "How can you guys bring this on me now?" How could they start to demolish and then walk away for six weeks? They knew the shower pan was backordered but they wanted to start the job on time. They didn't consider that we, the customers, had to go without a bathroom for several weeks. But when they finally got it done, beautiful job. It was just extremely poorly managed. I would use them again but I would scrutinize them more carefully. I liked what the craftsman did. But how the project was managed scares me. Our very small bathroom that was supposed to take about 10 days almost took about three months.

Excellent. They did it in three days. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Reborn Cabinets gave us names of vendors to use. The vendors weren't that professional and try to do as little as possible.

Excellent work, good experience. Kept me updated throughout the project, has a great online tool for reference, and staff was professional.

Project went smoothly though salesperson was not as responsive to follow-up concerns as expected. Signature refacing material is of excellent quality and installation personnel were very professional. Showroom very impressive with wide choice of materials for project at varying prices to meet budget.

All went well. They were very professional. Installation was perfect. The fit was amazing. They measure with a laser so it's cut for a perfect fit.

They refaced the cabinets in my kitchen and bathroom. They also installed granite counters and tile backsplashes.

They were prompt, professional and cleaned up each day.

We made an appointment for Nathan to come out and estimate remodeling our bathroom. We had a rotting wood problem with a doorway next to our shower, and some mold destroying an exterior wall. Besides, we didn't like the existing tile. Nathan came out and gave us an estimate for the following: Remove and replace toilet. Remove shower surround tile and pan and door and plumbing. Remove existing vanity and sink. Replace above floorline iron pipe with copper. Enlarge shower footprint by removing opening wall and lowered ceiling. Supply and install new shower valve, faucets, and head. Supply and install new shower pan, acrylic surround, and acrylic top. Nathan assured me that the surround would be as solid as a tile surround and would not 'give' like the plastic kit I had once installed from a hardware store. Supply and Install new floor tile and backing. Reinstall our toilet. Repair rotting doorframe. Remove and repair mold in bathroom walls. Repair and sand walls for painting. Install the new vanity and granite top we acquired separately. During the tear out it was discovered there was extensive rotten wood in our bathroom floor both in the shower and out. This was removed and repaired for an additional amount included in the above. At some point, Nathan and us noted that our bathroom had tile base boards and we wanted that as well. That was an extra charge as well, included in the above amount. Nathan had not estimated that even though we already had them. They began the tear down on Tuesday and were supposed to finish by Friday. Before the carpentry was even done, Reborn's office called and said the tile people (subcontracted) would be out the next day. The carpenter's didn't come tile day as they would be bumping into each other, but they did get the floor done for the tile. They then worked on Saturday and a couple hours on Monday to finish the job. All in all, we are very satisfied with the job. We thought it strange that Reborn called us about the tilers and not their own contractors, and that the contractors had not informed their office that it wasn't ready for the tile yet. The extra two days was a little upsetting. But doing the work in a week was still pretty good, considering the rotten floorboards. Also, the shower surround, while much, much better than the kit I put in years ago, does give a little when I lean on it in certain areas. I would say it is close to the quality of tile, but not quite there. Finally, all the faucets in our house now knock when turned on and off. I can't confirm what is causing this, or if it was something Reborn did or didn't do. It was strange too, we never saw or heard from Nathan and no supervisor from Reborn even came to inspect the work. I kinda expected there to be some sort of Quality Control. My suggestion, if you are using Reborn and are having any plumbing done, insist on a licensed plumber. And I haven't relayed this to Reborn as I don't want the house torn up again right now. Update 1/15/14 Reborn contacted me after the above review and sent a man out to fix the knocking in the house when a faucet was turned on or off. Turns out it was the new shower valve. The working parts have been replace and our home is peaceful again when the water is used.

If you want white wood cabinets, do not use this company. First, the product was misrepresented by the sales people who came to our home. They stated that WITH TIME, the seams may split due to the heat and humidity in the kitchen. When the sales woman came back on the day of measuring the cabinets, she helped pick out a door design that she felt would minimize the risk of the seams splitting that WITH TIME might happen as she had explained before. When the doors were installed, I was happy with half of the doors, but sent the other half back with the installer because I could already see splitting at the seams/joints the sales people had warned me would happen WITH TIME. Also, the splitting was not in the area they pointed out where this would most likely happen. This was all disappointing enough, and also inconvenient as we would have to wait several more weeks for the doors to be replaced. The other huge disappointment was how this situation was now handled by the company. In emails from the vice president of construction, we were informed that had he been at our house when the doors were installed, he would have put a stop to us returning half of the doors. I stated that I was pleased by half of the doors, so by that I know that it is possible for them to do a good job on all of the doors, not just half of them. He stated that "it is probable that all of the joints will show at SOME TIME, but do not have control over which ones will show or when they will show." so, unfortunately, we were dealing with a company that even the vice president of construction could not stand behind. We were told at purchase time, the splitting at the joints would happen WITH TIME, not right out of the factory. The level of customer service was not what we expected from a company of this size and publicity, not even an appology of what was probably a misrepresentation of their product by the sales people. Not only the product, but the customer service from this company was extremely disappointing

We're using them right now. They responded to us promptly when we called. They're very upfront and they kind of added some extra money in because we have a really bad leak and we don't know how much water damage is gonna have to be repaired because it's a two story house and we've had a leak for a long time and it has become very bad. They have kind of chosen middle of the road pricing as far as what they're gonna do instead of going to buy the most expensive stuff. We don't want cheap but we want quality and they're very upfront about everything. It's been a good experience. They're responsive and mostly prompt. We're currently doing some paper works right now so they haven't started the job yet.

Not well, and from the minute they had our money it went downhill. First they told us the day the work had to start. The fact that it was not ideal for us, did not matter to them, and they basically threatened me with - I was told this is when we can do it. If you don't want this date, I will have to go back to the scheduler, but who knows when we can get you in. They then proceeded to change the start date 2 additional times pushing it out 6 weeks. Once they got to the house they did work quickly but brought the wrong tub, cracked a wall, which now will require us to paint the entire bathroom, and installed the plumbing incorrectly, which required them to come out and cut into the wall from behind to correct their mistake. They installed the unit upside down, which caused the hot and cold to be reversed and to use the shower head as the primary outlet. Basically you could not use the tub, water always came out the shower head. Overall the quality of the product was not as great as we expected. We knew we paid a higher price, and did it for the convenience and quickness that was promised from the salesman. They were not quick when you look at the entire project. The quality is okay. While they did make good on correcting the issues that we faced, overall we were not satisfied and would not use this company again. The professionalism grade is really directed to their VP J. Agee. He was clearly annoyed and bothered to have to speak with my husband about our project. Was not apologetic at all, basically gave the impression he simply did not care. The rest of the people we worked with were professional. The plumber who came out to fix the mistake made for the initial installers seemed very good.

After the 2nd appt where the designer showed up, we made an appt. to meet in their showroom. It was a 2 hr drive to Anaheim, then an hour sales pitch, and at the end of it, she showed her drawings, made by hand. No AutoCad / computer drawings. They were all wrong from the kitchen layout with a built in microwave at knee level, to the 1st bath with a cabinet in the middle instead of 1 on each end. Then came the real shocker! They would only quote the cabinets, none of the other work. We would have to hire another contractor to enclose the wall, do the electrical, floors and countertops. They only quoted the price of the kitchen cabinets, and thier price was a whopping $35,000. Then they gave a 10% discount and another $1500 off for a radio ad they had running, bringing the price down to $30,000. Again, this is just for the cabinets, no countertops or anything else. This was the most ridiculous quote I've ever had, not to mention we wasted 7 hours of our day traveling to their show room and back. I would never use this company.

Reborn performed well. Tanya the design specialist was very helpful in both jobs. She helped develop a design that meant my needs and then coordinated with the construction crew. They provided a project plan, called in advance of each day’s work to confirm what would be completed that day, and inspected work to ensure the contractors performed. The work was completed to my satisfaction, for the quoted price, and on time.

Went well. They were not the cheapest bid we got but they weren't the highest. Responsive for the most part and always neat and considerate. Did a great job and addressed and fixed any concerns in a timely manner.

They were very efficient. Two installers completed the work in a day. They were on-time and they were very respectful of my home, which is very important to me. I love my new tub and everything has been running smoothly since they installed it. I would recommend their services to others and I have received many compliments on the tub.

I was very comfortable having them in my home. They were very courteous and listened to everything that we wanted. If there was any discrepancy they were good about fixing it so I consider the communication from them very good. As an example, when they cut the granite counter top, initially the cut was too short and they made this right very quickly. We had received a couple estimates and found their estimate to be very competitive. We would recommend their services to others.

They were punctual on both days and the unit has been working smoothly since being installed. They were very professional and did a very good job.

They matched the color of wood in our family room to our kitchen to create a 'great room.' The reason my husband chose Reborn is there was a corner that Reborn matched that the other company was going to put in molding and we didn’t want that done. Reborn was able to create a more uniform look without the molding. Also, I had forgotten to tell them I was getting new floor installed in the kitchen and they came back and removed the baseboards and then reinstalled the baseboards once the floor was installed. I even had a problem with a button to take the drawers out and they came out the same afternoon to show me how to put the drawers back in. They are very responsive and I would highly recommend them to others.
