The warranty work went well and my kitchen looks amazing

I would like to add- after I wrote this review I was contacted by a representative from Reborn Cabinets. The initial contact was in writing and they asked if I would be willing to discuss over the phone. They were very professional and apoligized for what happened. No excuses were made in an attempt to justify it (which is a positive), they stated this is not acceptable to them and they sincerely thanked me for sharing my experience. I haven't been back and went with another company, but hopefully this type of behavior is no longer a problem for them. I do feel like they were concerned about my experience, and not just because of the review, but so they could improve.

Initially I was impressed, whoever showed up was polite, they laid down the tarp and would begin their work. Once the work required more time than was scheduled everything went wrong. Team leader was not on top of this project...no communication ..scheduling was then not consistent and the project went from 4 weeks to 10. This made the whole process awful. They don't really care to please the customer once things go wrong..they defend there poor process of communication. The plumber and tile installer are professional ,all subcontractors, the cabinets guys from Reborn made errors which the tile guy had to correct!! Quality of products are good but cannot recommend them. Turned out to be an awful experience.

They ended up doing a very good job. Had some problems with the workers correcting a few mistakes that they made. They followed through once I pointed things out to them and they took care of it. I would recommend them as long as you keep an eye on them.

rsIt was horrible. From day one we ran into lies from the salespeople to the installers to the follow-up. The company would schedule appointments and no one would show or they would drift in hours late. Damaged products were delivered, and if we had not caught the damage they would have installed the product. I could go on and on (it would be cathartic) but the bottom line was that we paid for a 100% kitchen remodel and they ended up delivering about 90%. We have a drawer and cupboard that do not open, handles that fell off, door closers that are laying inside cupboards. We contacted the company repeatedly, and that was the hardest thing of all. No one responds, from the owners down to the workman. Eventually we asked them to reimburse us for what didn't work and they offered to send a workman to remeasure. The kitchen was done, remeasure what?! And the irony was, we left work to meet him and after 20 minutes we gave up as he had not shown up. So we did not even get what we paid for. This is a terrible, dishonest company and it would be our suggestion that you avoid it at all costs.

The customer service and sales team responded quickly in a professional manner. When the employees arrived, they were friendly, professional, and did a great job.

They are expensive but their workmanship overall is pretty good. It is questionable if we would use them again.

Reborn redid our kitchen in our previous home about 13 years ago and that went ok. Called them to redo the kitchen in our new home 3 years ago, my, how things have changed. The time frame was WAY off, it took months, instead of weeks and they'd changed cabinet vendors. We could only afford low end and that was fine 13 years ago but the cabinets we got this time were in rough shape when they were delivered "(don't worry, we'll fix them and you'll never know!" NOT true!) and now they look like they're 10 years old and been in a rental unit. The doors line up so poorly you can see into the cabinets. They kept coming with cabinets that weren't cut right or doors that were warped or they'd forget hardware they needed and have to come back. I need to have two bathrooms redone, won't be using Reborn again and everyone that's asked (6 so far) in my little community for recommendations on this kind of work were warned away from Reborn. I had the feeling the entire time the work was being done that if our job had been a big, expensive job they would have done excellent work but because we were a small, inexpensive job, they just didn't give a crap. Save yourself a lot of grief, find another company to do this kind of work.

I can't say enough about this place. MY ONLY REGRET is that I didn't use them for my kitchen remodel a couple of years ago. I hired them for my bathroom cabinets and from beginning to end this company was the most professional, detailed company I have ever dealt with in the home improvement business. The initial consultation was very helpful and professional. The use of technology in reminding you about the upcoming appointment and follow up calls, emails and so forth were outstanding. Their customer service angle was beyond what I ever expected from beginning to completion. The quality and install of my cabinet was awesome. The product and the item was even better than I had expected. The installer was nice, clean, brought appropriate items to protect the stairs and so forth. The end result was beautiful cabinets. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE FOR ALL MY FUTURE PROJECTS!!!

While doing some remodeling in our home we decided to update our kitchen. After hearing about Reborn Cabinets on the radio pretty much every day, we decided to call them for an estimate. We live in Ventura County which is quite a distance from Anaheim. Without issue, the salesman showed up on time and spent over two hours with us going over the options, materials and pricing. His knowledge of the product was impeccable. I never knew there was so much to know about cabinets. During our initial meeting we chose a particular granite that we thought would go well with the kitchen. When we went to pick our stone we realized that it was not what we wanted. Happily we were able to pick a different granite at the vendor with no issues whatsoever! The work was scheduled and done on time as well. We received constant updates from customer service as to the status. We had a contractor working in the house at the same time the cabinets were being installed and I was pleased that our Reborn installer was flexible to let them do some floor work while he was doing the cabinets. He also made some special adjustments to accommodate our under cabinet lighting. Very impressive. We did have a couple of minor issues with a wrong cabinet door and drawer handle but those were taken care of without hesitation. The materials are amazing. Very high quality and the installation totally transformed our kitchen into a place that is not only inviting but draws attention. I feel the price was fair and have already recommended Reborn to friends. We are completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship we received from Reborn.

The order was to reface master bath cabinets, including new drawers & doors. The designer came to my home, gave a presentation with recommendations, drew up a contract & collected a small down payment. Reborn sent a man a few days later to do the measurements; he & I agreed that the existing middle bars were to be removed from the lavatory sink cabinet boxes for easier access. A second payment was made at that time. About 2 weeks later installation was scheduled to take place the following week. Upon arrival of the installer I discovered that his work order did not include the design change, & therefore the door fabrication was incorrectly sized. I immediately contacted Reborn but was advised that the order must proceed 'as is". It was with reluctance that I made final payment. My claim was upheld I believe, because it was supported by the man who took measurements & who suggested the changes to me. Eventually I was contacted by Reborn to schedule an "upgrade" installation with no additional charges. It's my opinion that a job this small should have gone off without a hitch, & that the in-office contact had a stiff attitude at the time I reported the error. However, in the end I was satisfied. I want to mention that I was/am favorably impressed with Reborn's offerings of quality products, the craftsmanship, & their business outline with the use of e-mail notifications to update clients. But from another perspective, at no time did I receive an apology for what had occurred, which would have been a small concession on their part that would go a long way to create good PR. If I decide to use this company in the future for other projects, I'll proceed carefully. Finally, I would suggest to anyone that before placing your signature or initials on a business contract or work progress document, be certain that every detail discussed & agreed to verbally is clearly outlined in writing, pray for a good outcome, & then advocate for yourself if & when it becomes necessary.

WE DIDN'T USE THEM. WE DIDN'T NEED THEIR SERVICES AND THEY JUST CONTINUED TO BADGER US FOR ALMOST A YEAR.

I contacted this company based on its top rating in a regional magazine. From the first call, the company's administration was clearly disorganized. The call center took my information and scheduled an appointment. In the interim, I received 6-8 telephone calls from several different people, following up on my initial call; each was completely unaware that I had already scheduled an appointment. These calls even occurred in the evening after 8:30 pm. The day before the appt., someone called to confirm - he had no knowledge of these calls and apologized. The next morning, the company canceled the appt. one hour prior to the time the representative was supposed to show up. I asked them to call me back in about an hour or so, to provide us with an opportunity to discuss whether we wanted to reschedule...the caller promised to do so, but never called. Within a few days, the incessant calls started again, clearly with no knowledge that any of this had occurred. I finally told the last caller what had occurred and that we would not be using their services. In sum, we were considering spending a large sum of money - but whether it would be a large or small project, I will not work with a company that is so disorganized and demonstrates such poor communication.

They were prompt in coming out. The gentleman was nice. After the installation, we had leaks in both stalls. It leaked into my neighbors below. They did an excellent job in rectifying the situation and they reacted incredible quick where it kept the damage to a minimum.

They did a fabulous job. The gal I worked with was great. The work took about 3 days to complete. The guy that did the installation was wonderful. They are not the cheapest but it is worth it because it is quality work and they are custom.

My experience was good. They cleaned up well after themselves. There were two people here at a time, sometimes there were more. The work took about 3 weeks to complete.

They were great! The artisan pieced together the back splash and it turned really good. The tile work involved a Mosaic. The work took a couple of weeks to complete. They tried really hard to listen to our comments and meet our needs.

My experience was great! They listened to what I needed and what I was looking to get. They answered all my questions well and were cooperative with me. The installation was done quickly and I was happy with the work.

The admin staff was horrendous. Before the appointment, received several calls confirming, and they wanted to know if "my husband was going to be there" for the presentation. That should have sent off red flags right away. At the appointment, the sales rep gave 3 different prices for the refacing, depending on when I would sign. If that wasn't bad enough, I got harassed by another admin over the phone a couple of days later, offering another, lower price on the refacing if I would agree to write them a good review. I wish I were making this up. I started screaming at the guy and he said, fine, we'll put you on our do not call list. That was the best thing about my experience with them, that they would never call me again. For the record, they were the most expensive of any of the refacing quotes, And I opted instead to go with a local cabinet maker, who gave us new cabinetry for less the cost of refacing.

Installers were on time and did wuality work. We had problems with the island drawer layout getting a quote to add an under sink pull out they only supply clear glass front even though they display others and the store employees will tell you it is available After quite a few calls and a lot of aggravation they did fix my island and install a sink pull out For the price I expected a turn key job but they do not touch the inside of the cabinets I repainted the interiors, reginished the shelves, and replaced the glass doors myself

Seriously overpriced.$10,000 more expensive, after supposedly 30% discount, for melamine than we paid for birch plywood.

He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and very informative.

Reborn surprised us from the beginning with their knowledge of aluminum wiring rework needs and their competitive price with general contractors we got bids from. The totally custom cabinets gave us a lot of flexibility in our design and the designer, Nilla, was terrific in bringing our thoughts to reality in a plan. She considered all of our input while bringing knowledge and foresight to the project. She was also great in keeping an eye on decisions that would not make the kitchen "dated" in the near future...choice of wood, etc. We had a complete schedule of the work and knew exactly what was happening each day and what time. And there was no unaccounted for downtime in the schedule so the project was complete in the least amount of elapsed time possible. The project manager, Kenny, checked in frequently and always responded promptly to questions. We always knew what was happening and why. Kenny handled the minor issues that always arise in this type of project directly and quickly. All the workers were courteous and professional. Cleaned up after themselves each day, answered questions and made adjustments as they went as needed. I am thrilled with my completed kitchen and give everyone on the project a 100% rating and thank you.

The experience was pleasant. The staff communicated well and were professional. I really like the look and feel of my new kitchen

We'd wanted to replace the shower in our master bathroom ever since buying this house. We saw Reborn at the LA County fair, liked what we saw on display and scheduled to have a sales person give us an estimate. The sales person was very knowledgeable and polite and presented a lot of options to choose from. We were told that the installation would take about three days and it took 2 and a half days. The old shower, including drywall, was completely removed. Installer was very neat; we hardly knew he was there. The installer cleaned up at the end of each day. The end product was exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with their work. I highly recommend Reborn
