bad to worst
Description of Work: called their 1800 number and talked to a lady named vanessa and she sent a tech by the name of michael. this tech talked to me over the phone and kept insisting to change my water heater for $1900 without explaining the details of the amount. i told him that i wanted him to check the existing heater and find out what was wrong with it but he kept saying that they checked this before and it needs to be changed, and so on, and on, and on. i got frustrated and just told him not to touch the heater and that i do not want his services any longer. he calls me back after 15 minutes and tells me that he got his info all wrong and that he would light up the heater and start it for $130. I said no and just told him to leave,

HE WAS A NICE GUY. HE WAS PLEASANT AND HE DID THE JOB. HE WAS COURTEOUS. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE BETWEEN EIGHT AND NINE AND HE SHOWED UP AT NINE THIRTY. THE INITIAL PRICE WAS A LOT LESS THAN WHAT IT ENDED UP BEING. I AM NOT SURE IF I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN.
Description of Work: HE REPLACED A CONNECTOR HOSE FOR HOT WATER AND COLD WATER. HE INSTALLED AN INLINE VALVE FOR EACH, COLD AND HOT, UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK.
