We had a very old pool that needed resurfacing and re-tiling. There was also coping that needed to be repaired and concrete work that also needed to be done. Pool effects came and bid on the project in a timely manner, they were excellent and their prices were fair. They came to do the work when they said they would, were extremely professional and dependable. They also had to deal with our difficult tenant and were kind and patient. We would recommend Pool Effects any time . We are extremely pleased with the finished product, they did a beautiful job.

Eddie and his Pool Effects team are in my opinion, best in class for delivering a premium pool remodel outcome. From the moment he came out for the quote, we instinctively knew we were in trusted good hands. Eddie always communicated in a timely manner, made promises and delivered. His teams are experts at every phase: demo, coping, electrical, plumbing, repairs, concrete for deck, tile, pebble install and start up. Excellence is what they deliver at every stage of the process. Eddie is a perfectionist like me so I get his dedication at every turn. He is hands on, it is his team not contractors he has to depend on. There were no delays in the project. His pricing was very competitive and exceeded our expectations on the deliverables. On top of all that he is a nice person who is very caring and kind of fun to talk to. My wife and I are referring him to everyone we know who has seen the finished product because he delivers and we are delighted.

Eddie was great to work with. He came out and provided an informal quote then followed up with an official one at the end of the day as promised. His rates are very competitive. He was always prompt to answer my many calls and texts. His team showed up and ready to work at their scheduled times. They did a great job with the pool repairs and replaster and cleaned up after themselves each day. We could not be more satisfied with the job Eddie and his crews did or with the look of our pool now, with its new tile, new mini pebble finish and the coping repairs. They also installed an auto-fill device, new filter and new pipes with clear labeling. The crews worked hard each day and did their best to minimize the impact on us; in fact, they were as detailed in their daily cleanup of the work site as they were in the tasks of that dayâ s job. Eddie helped us make some decisions and provided a detailed and itemized proposal and contract. At each step, he let us know what to expect and when his crews would work on particular daysâ he has excellent communication skills. His depth of knowledge and broad experience showed each time he replied to our questions, and when he came to check on each phase, he was meticulous about each detail meeting his standards. My husband and I hired Pool Effects to re-tile and re-plaster our pool. We are more than pleased how it turned out. Eddie, the owner, is very personable, and very knowledgeable. First, I would like to say Eddie was very patient with all my indecisiveness regarding my choices of tile and plaster types:) He was so consistent in responding to my texts quickly.. Keeping us informed of schedules was so appreciated, with his crews always arriving on time, leaving our pool area clean and neat at the end of the day. The tile was installed beautifully and the pebble tec plaster looks amazing. As you can tell, we are more than pleased with our beautiful pool.

My pool had a big leak, the fiberglass lining was peeling away and the electrical wiring was damaged. Eddie solved all my problems, and at a very reasonable price. Eddie replastered our 31 year-old pool and spa. We replaced the tiles too. Eddie was on top of things during the entire process. His crew from demo to concrete and tile to replaster are top-notch. Very thorough, efficient, and organization of project. Completed all pool work within 4 weeks even though pool hardware and supplies were limited. Best contractor I have had in over 40 years of home improvement.

I strongly recommend Pool Effects, they did a complete remodel of my 70's vintage pool, deck and equipment. From the bidding process through the concrete pour and pool remodel, Eddie was honest, kept me advised and stayed on schedule all through the project. We did need to make some adjustments due to Covid related shortages but Eddie and his brother made those changes relatively painless and we lost no time.
