They were excellent. Every time we ever had them out, they did a wonderful job. They have been out numerous times. They are fair and timely. If they are going to be running late, they will call you and let you know. They give you a bid on the job and while they are doing the job and find other things, they stop everything that they are doing and they come and talk to you. We had a leak that had been around here and been a problem for decades. What happened was that, they put a camera through and it showed where somebody else had gone to clean out the drain and had actually broke the way down inside the drain. When it was first got clean, it was okay, but then after a while, things would start accumulating on that and back it all up and it will back up the whole system. We had them fixed that. We spent some money with them, but it was honest money. They were reasonable on their time and on their price. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are the only one I will use and I have actually recommended them to my neighbor and they had a good experience. They were having trouble replacing the toilet. He came over and asked us who we use and if we were happy with them. We told him. The guy came out and he did a really good job for him. He fixed a lot of things in our house, a lot of drains and put in drains for us at different times. Every time they worked on it, it was done very professionally. They were very clean and courteous and I do not think they were outrageous in their pricing or anything.

I CALL PMS PLUMBING FOR ALL MY BATHROOM AND KITCHEN REPAIRS. I ALSO SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE WITH THEM TO CHECK MY DRAINS TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T GET CLOGGED UP. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND FAIRLY PRICED.
