They were very professional and punctual. They got all the work done quickly and efficiently in the least invasive way possible. They were up front, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Having to repair pipes under a home with a slab floor is a nightmare scenario. I feel that these guys made it as painless as possible.

Dan was prompt and courteous. He took off the shower head and removed the flow-control gizmo. It took him 3 minutes. The company is located no more than 3 miles from my house. And this was the third time I'd called them, so I was a "return" customer who had been satisfied with the company's work in the past. Dan charged me $93.75 for the three minutes of work. By my calculation, Platinum Dan must be the best paid plumber in the world-- $1,875.00 per hour! I was so provoked that I couldn't write this report for four months.

it was a great experience, they were very nice and when we called them within 45 minutes. They worked with our insurance, and they were very prompt and were really patient when we had to have a company come out and do asbestos removal before they began their work.

I am quite satisfied with this company. I feel the prices are very fair for this type of work. He did the job very quickly and cleaned up everything for me. The faucets and disposal are working fine now. They are the nicest people you could ever want to come out to your home.

I highly recommend this company. This company is very professional in appearance and in their workmanship. They always return phone calls and called this morning to say they were going to be late, rather than me having to call them, wondering where they were. The price seemed very reasonable to me, too.
