Official Termite Solutions

Official Termite left a horrible mess, soda and water bottles, soda cans, nails, wood scrap, and debris. They also broke a large ceramic pot and threw the plant to the side, killed plants and broke the hose. They did give a credit of $250, but the mess was too large, which took me hours to clean up.

The quote was for one service with a two year warranty. I used them because of many references. They were pretty knowledgeable. They were on time. I liked them because he admitted one thing. He said that it’s pretty hard to retain it. I appreciated the fact that he told me. I would use his services again in the future.

We got 4 quotes starting out with our neighbors termite guy,he gave us a quote for $8700 which included replacing some fascia wood on house front. The other ones were about $6500 & $6800 but it didnt include any wood being replaced. My friend who is a realtor recommended official termite and said he used them on numerous occasions and they were very good. I called them out on a weekend and the guy arrived on Saturday morning ,He spent about 30 minutes checking out our house including getting in to crawl space under house & into attic to see if there was wood damage ,the other guys never checked these areas out. Basically he was thorough and upfront and honest with us and gave us the price $4900 to tent house and fumigate it and replace wood. His price was great. but we had made up our mind that we were dealing with an honest company that knew there stuff ,and would have used official termite even if there price was same as original quote. Daryl is the guys name and they came the following week and tented our house and fumigated it ,replaced wood,when we came back you could not tell they were even there. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and sadly my experiences has nt been all that great and sometimes apalling. Its nice to have something positive to say about a service and thats why i am taking the time to write this. I can easily say that Official Termite were a pleasure to deal with and gave me a great service and great value, and i have recommended them to my friends and will continue to sing there praises,as its all to rare in the service industry to deal with genuine honest people.
