The gentleman that came out and did the work was courteous, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was also on time for the appointment.

I can't rate their value for the money because I didn't comparison shop, but they were worth it to me. They were thorough in their inspection and in the way they did the termite treatments. I'm confident that my house is in good shape. I'm so impressed that once the year warranty is up I'm signing up for their once a year inspection.

David came out to perform the inspection and was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He informed me that it would take all day to complete the work. However, David sent two workers and was not present the day the work was performed. The workers started at 10am and informed me they were done by noon. $1600 job complete in 2 hours equal $800 an hour. I had a problem with that! I think workers need supervision and review of their work when completed.

We have a tough obstacle to termite control. Our patio cover is aluiimwood that can't be walked on. The first two treatments were unsuccessful. However on the third try the sent out David who is part acrobat and part magician. He hung out the bathroom window and was able to spot and treat the area in question. I delayed in rating to make sure it worked. It did. Recommended to neighbors.
