Dave Seifert is a GREAT employee. He came to perform a termite inspection. He was on time and provided excellent customer service and was very professional. He was up to date on all of my services and very knowledgeable about subterranean and dry wood termites and explained everything very clearly. I would recommend this company.

The termite control service was handled professionally and with COVID precautions by all visiting staff. From the beginning of the project-inspection, the procedure, and the replacement of a large wooden beam was impeccable. The price was reasonable and all appointments were met on time!!! I would like to commend the following staff for their hard work and customer relations: Cesar, Ramon, and Ruben.

Quoted three price levels for termite work. Kenneth whom I dealt with, gave and guided me towards the best price level needed, required, for the particular termite damage my house required, which happily was not extensive. Found Kenneth a pleasant, patient, informative, person to conduct business with.

Kenneth was punctual and courteous. Explained all the problem areas and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Price wise, not the cheapest but I could live with it.

Company did a thorough job of finding infestation areas and treating them. I was glad we didn't have to tent and I feel that they did a great job at a great price.

DAVID WAS GREAT AND I SHOWED HIM WHERE I WANTED THE AREAS TO BE TREATED. I DID NOT WANT TO TENT MY HOME AND HAVE ROOF TILES BROKEN. IN THE PAST WHEN I TENTED MY HOME AT LEAST 25 TILES WERE BROKEN. I HOPE THIS WILL LAST BUT EVEN TENTING ONLY KILLS WHAT IS THERE AND WHEN THE TENT IS REMOVED THEY RETURN. SO LET'S SEE IF SPOT TREATING WILL WORK. I FEEL THEY DID A GOOD JOB .

I gave 1 star less because when I called a few weeks after treatment about a new swarm, I was told someone would contact me to set up a service call but no one ever did. I assume the work quality is good in spite of the new swarm which was explained to me was not unusual

The only knock on work quality is that we are a stucco building (we're talking some 1970's thick stucco). The guys didn't really clean up any of the plaster that they drilled out to spray into our interior walls, leaving me to have to sweep it all up. I think the crew should have cleaned up after themselves a little bit, especially given the amount of plaster left on our common walkway.

The inspector was professional, courteous and thorough in inspecting all the areas of our house.

My boyfriend found No-Nonsense on HomeAdvisor, and we were both very happy with their performance. We have been in our home three years and have not had an inspection since move-in. Not only did the inspector do a thorough job, but he was informative and told us about the different types of termites, damage, and treatment. We were told we needed some repair for past termite activity and scheduled another appointment. The repair was completed promptly and looked great. We are now going to call No-Nonsense for an annual inspection ... just in case. : )
