The rep, Alex Franco, was very knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me more than I needed and gave me a good price for the service and the annual service which will not go up as long as I keep it. The tech who did the work, David, was thorough, polite, and efficient. Three levels of protection were applied and we are confident that the problem is under control.

It took one tech, four hours do our home.

Home was left in a relative clean state. Length of service call was great, in and out. TY

Everyone within the company was very polite, professional and very hard workers. They were more expensive then tenting but we feel it was worth the money. They did what they promised and did it on time.

I had a large job for both termite extermination and termite damage repair. I was very impressed with Alex, the project manager, from the beginning to the end. Punctual, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and followed through with every commitment. The crew for both projects did a great job and even though the scope of the repair work was larger than first expected, they worked through the weekend to get it done on time. There were a couple of minor issues but they were promptly resolved. Overall, a great job at a fair price with great customer service. Big thanks to Alex and the crew.

Kenny did a great Jon was always on time and very courteous. He walked me through all the areas where rodents were getting in. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Patrick is a great guy to help us to obtain termite clearance report. He inspected the property in a very detailed method and hired very experienced workers to fix all the wood damage, prime, and paint it back. If you need a help for termite problems, you should call them!

Had a few problems with the chief inspector failing to come out on the date he promised to inspect the work the technicians performed. However, he eventually contacted me and informed me the failure was due to an emergency medical issue. He subsequently came out, inspected the work, apologized for the inconvenience and offered one year's free follow-up termite control service to make up for the inconvenience. I would recommend this company.

Kenny was great kept looking for dead rat in wall until he found it and removed it, it wasn't easy also filled in area where rat came in with steel wool. Also Checked attic for evidence of rats.I would call them again. I was satisfied.

Inspector and workers were very professional. They went out of their way to help me get rid of the wood that could possibly have caused future problems, painted all the wood they had to drill into and I have to comment on the special professionalism I felt from the inspector and all who came to do the work.
