I wanted to treat my home for termites with a more economical friendly product so my pets and son wouldn't be impacted. No Nonsense Sent out a hard working , thorough technician, Jesus, as well as Alex, who did the free inspection and went over the products to use. Not sure the impact on the termites yet but company is stellar

Alejandro (sp?) was right on time and even called first so we would know when to expect him. His inspection was very thorough. Initially we scheduled an inspected for our guest house only. But Alex was happy to also inspect our main house--on a Saturday! He also explained exactly what he found and gave us some info. about the products and methods that would be used, along with a very reasonable estimate. Alex was professional and friendly, making him very pleasant to work with. Overall, working with the No Nonsense Termite Company, Inc. was great. Thanks for the great service!

First of all, the company has excellent customer service. I placed the request on Saturday morning & had a phone call from Samantha within 30 minutes. She setup a time, & Alex came over the same day to inspect the property. He went over everything & explained what needed to be done & how they would do it. Alex is very friendly, thorough & knowledgeable. We setup an appt for the following week, & promptly at 9:00 Ramon & Jesus were there. Extremely very nice guys who went right to work & cleaned up after. Alex showed up while the guys were working to see how things were going. I can't say enough about Alex, Ramon & Jesus & I'm sure the rest of the staff has the same work ethic. It was very refreshing to see this in a company. I commend you all for your work, friendliness & professionalism & would highly recommend this company. Thank you to all of you!

From Christopher doing the initial inspection, and teaching me about the little creatures, I found him to have a good knowledge and such enthusiasm. The two gentlemen who actually evicted the termites were very thorough and explained what they were doing...and they cleaned up after. A BIG plus in my book. Good job....
