very professional, prompt, good work

Alejandro Franco was the gentlemen that came to do the inspection. He was very friendly and honest about what was going on. Not pushy at all and that means a lot seeing as the other 2 I had come by were very pushy. His inspection was free unlike a lot of other people!! Very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood what he was saying and what needed to be done. He was very knowledgable about different products and pest issue. Highly recommend him and the company as a whole. Jesus was the gentleman that came to the house as well. He was very professional and took great care and pride in what he did. He made sure he did the work right and didn't rush at all. Highly recommend him as well. Awesome guys... This company really is NO-NONSENSE!!!! THANK YOU GUYS, WE NEED MORE HONEST COMPANIES LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD!

Alejandro was a god representive for the company. He explained in depth what the problems were and how they would fix them. Ramon an Jesus did a good job carrying out his program., Not to good at replacing the items they moved but that was minor.

I have no way to know for sure if the price was fair because there are so many variations between different companies as to what services are needed or offered. Based on what I was able to see on Home advisor and other Internet sources, I think it was reasonable. There were several areas that needed treatment, both interior and exterior. The process went smoothly and the estimator / part owner, Alejandro, showed up on time and did a thorough inspection and then took the time to explain the recommended treatments and the chemicals that would be used. While doing the inspection he also patched a couple of holes under the eaves to prevent rodent entry into the attic. As it turned out, Alejandro ended up doing the treatment as well, since the other crews were busy. On the scheduled day he called to say he was on his way, showed up on time, and completed the work, again with a good explanation of the process. I intend to sign an annual maintenance contract when my 1-year warranty expires and would recommend this company.

Rapid repy to our need and came out the same day to inspect. Did he job 4 days later!

They identified areas of termite infestation that other companies didn't find, and they did they did the treatment at 70% of the cost of others. Chris and Jesus were friendly, helpful and insightful. Work was done quickly. I highly recommend them.

Kenny was wonderful. I was extremely upset with rodent problem and he was compassionate, thorough and professional. I have never needed this service before so do not know the cost but it seemed like a lot of money. He worked with me on the cost a bit.
