I just wanted to add don't worry about No Nonsense trying to pad their bill. The other company I had in my home wanted to charge me to add some insulation to my attic. Alex from no-nonsense took a look at it and said it was fine.

Alex is very friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions even when it was getting late. The first worker came and left shortly after he started his work because of family emergency. I called Alex. He ended up coming to finish the job. Thumbs up.

Christopher is a very honest, pleasant hard working gentlemen. He’s knowledgeable in his field and he was extremely thorough and found more areas with termite activity than the other companies did. And Christopher is very determined to get his customer.

The initial inspection was done promptly and thoroughly, the follow up with the formal bid was prompt, and the treatment was also prompt, on time and thorough. Everything was done in a professional and friendly manner.

Alex was able to schedule termite treatment the next day following his inspection. He was second termite company I had reached out for estimate, so I felt he presented similiar issues and I was able to save several hundred dollars. I expect to use the one year guarantee for further termite issues, this is an excellent customer service policy I was having a family member move in and did not want any active alive termites! Have never employed a company whose workmen were as polite, friendly, and professional as this company. Each person introduced himself when he came to the house. They offered to move things from the garage into the house so I could rebox. They offered to bring me lunch😄 and kept me informed as to what they were doing each day. Have shared my positive experience with friends. Anyone who can make the removal of termites and rats an enjoyable experience deserves many kudos and 5+ stars!

Was not the cheapest but they did far more than others had promised. So in the end they may have not been more expensive. Was prompt,courtious,and efficient. Found and treated areas that others had not detected.Appears to have a good followup policy. Since this is my first contract with them I will wait and see how this is handled.
