The service tech followed the plan agreed to. He was quick, clean and friendly. The service guarantee includes follow up visits if needed. The yearly maintenance plan price is very reasonable.

Andrew came to service our house on time.He worked carefully on everything. Christopher originally inspected the house and found termites in several areas.. Our service tech Andrew as well as Christopher explained what needed to be done before he did the work. When he finished he told us to call them if any termite evidence was found by us in the year ahead. We have a yearly contract with them now and expect many years of very good service from this company.

Can't rate the overall value for the money until next year when it is determined if the service actually rid us of termites. The young man that did the work was very professional and personable.

This company was professional and quickly took care of some rats in my attic. They sealed up all potential entry points to my roof, garage, and under my house. Kenny and Lonnie came back at different times for rechecks, once a week for four weeks to make sure my problem was really gone. I would hire them again, but I think I won't need to :-)

They explained everything I ask about. They did the job quickly. They even did more than contracted for.
