+ -1 moreIt was a really good deal compared to the other quotes that we got. The work is great, and everything is holding up. We really enjoyed how the contractor/owner would come along with the working crew and supervise while they were here. He made sure they did things to his standards, or he made them correct it. This was all while they were working. It wasn't like he would come and then leave. He stayed here while they were working. I decided to go with them , because of price and they had a portfolio of previous work they've done.
Description of Work: They installed some recessed lighting. They did crown molding, base boards, and a lot of trim work on the interior of my house.

+ -1 moreDid not go as we agreed not to work with each other. Might have dodged a bullet.
Description of Work: Just want potential home owners to be aware of Tom Bean at Newport Harbor Drywall. After trying to convince me that money should not matter to me because it is my home he was offended when I turned the question onto him and suggested money should not matter to him. I could tell from that exchange that there would be significant problems. Be careful with Tom.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKER CAME AND CUT OUT THE OLD DRYWALL AND REPLACED IT WITH NEW DRYWALL. HE MADE THE WALL LOOK LIKE NEW. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME THAT THERE WASN'T INTERIOR WATER DAMAGE.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A SMALL PIECE OF DRYWALL REPLACED IN THE BATHROOM THAT GOT WET FROM A LEAK.
