Description of Work: Installed seamless rain gutters and down spouts. There was a mix up on the down spout (round vs. square) but Michael called the supplier and went over and picked up the correct material while his crew worked on the installation of the gutters. He was back by the time the material was needed and they were able to complete the job within the estimated time of completion. Very professional.

John was even early, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Installed a week later, everything was left clean and neat. Would refer and use again. Pleasantly surprised with the cost. No additional costs even mentioned. Thank You

Description of Work: They installed 6" gutters and screens all around our home. Michael the owner was very responsive and his employees did a great job and were very accommodating--I asked them to redo a section of downspout and they did.

Description of Work: Michael was so good, just excellent. It gives me great pleasure to say that.....from quote to completion...easy and thorough. The house hadn't had the gutters done in practically 40 years. I was really concerned about needing a total replacement. Yet Michael was very fair and was able to use most of the existing guttering saving me a bunch. He even took pictures of the corrections for my inspection book. It was a pleasure to work with him. Guess who I'm calling to clean them each year? That's right....mr. gutter!

Description of Work: To begin, there were scheduling problems. He wanted it to be convenient only to his company, was not concerned about my work schedule. After we found a good time for both of us and it was scheduled, I still received a call the evening before after 8:00 pm asking if we had decided on the next morning. He was a little later than the scheduled time, and when he looked at our gutters, he immediately determined that they couldn't do the job. We live in a manufactured home in a mobile home park, and the carport metal cover extended over the gutter...same on the other side of the house where the porch was partially enclosed. There was about 30 feet of open gutter on the porch side of the house and it since it appeared he didn't want to give me a refund for my Angie's Big Deal, I said to go ahead and clear the rain gutter that they could. It took him men less than 10 minutes to do that. I'd had the gutters cleaned about 4 years ago by another source, and it did take longer because of the metal overhangs. I feel they could have tried a little harder but doubtless since this was a discounted deal, I'm sure it would have cost more for the manpower than anticipated. I asked for quotes to install new metal covers for both the carport and the porch, and never heard back. I've gotten some really good deals from Angie's list, but this one just didn't make the grade.
