Description of Work: Clean gutters & add new elbows to downspouts to bypass root clogged underground pipes. Guy came out & gave me $350 estimate & said he would call me back in 3 days. He never called back. Guess job wasn't profitable enough.

Mr Gutter is very sorry to see reviews like this as our reputation is something we deeply care about. As the El Nino year is getting closer we are truly doing the very best to help each customer we can. We have left a voice mail and a forward email clearly letting people know that we are booked and to maybe look elsewhere if they need service right away. I do not like to leave false promises that are impossible to keep. In [Member Info Removed] case I cant recall speaking to him or promising any time to him for a estimate. I feel it is unfair for the review he left us when we never had any service with him. Again this is not a normal year for any gutter company and the challenge is a difficult one we face each day. As much as we are very happy to be busy it also hurts to have unhappy customers that we can not reach. Sincerely, Michael Marceaux

Description of Work: New installation of green gutters when the trim is gray. When mr. Gutter was unresponsive of not answering emails or sending a worker to correct the problem until the problem was resolved to customer satisfaction a new company had grey gutters that I didn't have to paint and resolved the problem of no more flooding. Disappointed in mr gutter that he didn't stand by the customer until everything was functioning properly.

As we do try to make every customer happy its not going to happen. We carry every color that any other company might have. There is no extra charge for colors. I meet with Carla two times before we installed the gutters. We tried to accommodate her with her work schedule. After we did the install she had us com out and wanted to change a downspout. Her back your is all running back to the house and I mentioned to her that she need to add drains to really get the water out of that area. My guy went out there and I meet with him and her. She had us reroute another downspout and the bottom was going up hill and would not drain. She said she did not care and that is what she wanted. A month later she wanted to change it again. I am very sorry to hear stuff like this but were not miracle workers ,our installers need to be able to do the job they know how to do.

Description of Work: Installed rain gutters. Michael arrived on time for appointment, walked the property (my home) made suggestions to improve the water flow of the roof. Had color and 6 in rain gutters we wanted. | |Installer did a great job even though it was a bit more difficult then originally thought. Micheal was not pushing us to make decision and was professional.

Very good, He was quick to call back for the initial quuting process and gave us the quote. Got another quote from another gutter company and he was very competitive without haggling down the price. Installation is good and nice and level.

Great experience! Michael came out measured and made suggestions such as relocating the downspouts. Replaced existing gutters, added some to areas that needed it. and relocated downspouts. They scheduled the job to happen within days of the house being painted. He is a very friendly guy. He and one other gentleman came out and had the job done in less than 2 hours. Impressive! Prompt, neat and personable. I would absolutely (and have) recommend him to anyone that needs gutters.
