On time, knowledgeable, and polite. Measured the house, made suggestions on downspout placement and showed us samples of different types of gutters, Gave a discount for being on Angies list.

Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with. It's working the individuals and companies such as Mr. Gutter that remind me of the value I receive as an Angie's List member. I called, we scheduled service the following week, the work was completed as promised, and I received my invoice quickly. What more could I ask for? Oh yeah, Mike is easy to reach, easy to work with, and was very professional and accommodating.

Two men arrived with a 24 Ft. extension ladder, replaced the gutter corner connector, cleaned up and left. The repair fix the leak, looks great and no more drip drip drip whenever it rains.

I found Mr. Gutter on Angies list. After calling numerous companies I finally decided to go with this company because Mike was extremely helpful and informative. He spend at least an hour with me at the consultation and helped me understand what he needed to do with the house. He did not try to up sell me in any way and did not push me to make a decision on the spot. After a couple days and a couple of other quotes I chose to go with Mr. Gutter. Their prices were comparable with other companies if not a big cheaper but the customer service was definitely something I did not get with the other companies I got quotes from. They were able to come install on a date that I was off from work but due to the weather could not install. Rain. sort of ironic. They reschedule for first thing the next week. Mike knew I had to go to work so he was able to come before his crew, walk me through the job, what was the best solution and I was able to make it to work on time. The installation was great. We decided to upgrade to half round gutters and round downspouts in a mill finish. Our house is an older 1950s house so we wanted to have it all be cohesive. His crew did a fantastic job with the install and the quality is very high. Once they were completed John walked me through all the work and explained to me what had been done. He did not rush and that is what I appreciate most about this company. The service. Will definitely call them again if i need anything else.

I have a 2 story home that did NOT have existing gutters. So I went on Angie's List & got the name of 3 companies to give me estimates. All of the companies that came out were professional and all at about the same price.However, I found that Michael with Mr. Gutter was more pleasing to deal with...he was personal yet professional. We decided on the 6" half round instead of the OG, oddly the other companies wanted MORE money for this and Michael wanted LESS, so that was another deciding factor... The job was done in just about 3 hours and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company

We finally signed up for Angie's List a few weeks ago since we are looking to have a few things repaired. And are we glad we did! Michael with Mr Gutter provided us with quality service and materials, and on top of that he's a great guy, very friendly! He called us back after we initially left a message to get an estimate, he arrived for the estimate as promised, and then he came out with his crew on time to install. The crew expertly installed the gutters and cleaned up the premises. It was all so 'seamless', just like our gutters :) Thank you, Michael!

Mike returned our call for an estimate and came out soon after that to look over our roof. He was very nice and gave us a quote for exactly what we asked for. The price was reasonable. The installer, John, was on time, fast, and did a wonderful job. Overall a great experience.

Amazing! I called and he came right out to talk to us and drop of samples. He was very nice and the price was much lower than I expected. I could not be happier with the service provided and the quality. We love them!

They came out within 4 days and secured the gutter back to the house. They examined the condition of the gutter and said it was fine. They didn't recommend replacing it which I thought was very honest. Normally, he said the rate would be $250, but he only charged me $150 for an Angie's List special. Michael came and did the work and did a great job.

While it took awhile playing phone tag to actually connect, the end result was great. The installation occured while I was at work. When I got home there was no evidence that such an extensive job had been done, other than really beautiful, perfectly matched with my house color, gutters and spouts.

Mike came out to give us an estimate. He was on time and very professional. We have a tile roof, and he was very knowledgeable about the type of gutters we would need for them to be effective (other estimates did not mention this). He is set to come out and install the gutters for us after the holidays. He is also going to help us select colors to match our trim and stucco.

It all went smoothly, I have no complaints. The work was completed promptly.

Polite and courteous worker did a great job. I showed him the job and he went about cleaning the gutters. He did minor repairs on one gutter and explained that I might need to replace a down spout. He worked safely and cleaned up well. He bagged all the debris so I did not have to sweep up.

Got a preliminary estimate over the phone, arranged for actual measurements and formal quote the next day. They gave me a detailed quote and explanation of the process. Agreed to pricing and scheduled the job. They showed up on time, did the job very nicely and cleaned up upon completion. Very satisfied with the work done and would use again.

Called and spoke to them on October 25, 2012 to schedule an estimate for gutters. They took down all of my information and told me they would be by the next day at 10am. Never showed up and never called to re-schedule.

To our surprise Michael did the initial estimate by viewing a Google Map Satellite view of our home and emailed his estimate to us. He said if we were interested in moving forward, he would make an onsite visit. He was courteous both via phone and email and not only emailed us the initial estimate, but also included PDF Copies of his license and bond as well. He was fair in negotiating a final price for the job. Price felt a little high for the amount of time that it took to do the work, but it was worth it because of how easy and fast the entire procedure was completed. On the date of service he arrived early and immediately went to work and finished the job in a timely manner and left the jobsite clean. We are pleased with the final result. The gutters look really good! Only weakness is the fact that it is taking us a long time to get the final invoice, but he warned us that that it would take a while for them to send us the final invoice. I think he said that it was due to using a third party vendor to do his accounting work.

The job went well. Michael showed up at the appointed time for the estimate and the work. The written estimate was given at the time of the inspection and was lower than 2 others I had received. Several weeks later I contacted him to do the work. He did the work quickly and professionally.

Excellent. Michael was responsive and timely. He texted me prior to his arrival on the construction date so that I would know when he was entering the property.

The estimate: he arrived at the agreed upon time, measured the home and said that he would email an estimate and follow up with a few color samples (sent in the mail). Michael walked around the house with me and asked good questions on how we wanted the water to drain (flow direction) and where we wanted the downspouts situated. Michael noticed that we were unsure about our color selection and made a special trip to our home to get additional confirmation. Using larger samples, he showed us the color we selected and a few other options. It's a good thing that he showed up to confirm, because we ended up going with the color that he had initially recommended (Champagne) versus what we selected (Linen). We really appreciated the follow up. The friendly team arrived on time and the work was completed the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and the final product looks really good. We found Mr.Gutter's listing on Angie's List.

From the initial contact to the installation and clean-up, these guys were fantastic. They worked with us in designing the installation so that the system would satisfy our needs and preferences. Can't say enough good about the estimator and the installers. Will definitely hire them again when we need more gutters for a different part of the house.

Arrived on time and installed gutters. Took care not to step into flower beds. Cleaned up. Very professional. Any home owner would feel comfortable with them on their property !
