He did a really good job. I was very pleased. It was about four to five hours to complete the task. The owner gave me other options for preventing leaves that other bidders didn't even suggest. You will get prompt and efficient service here.

I did not find out until a week before, the date of our house being painted. Mike made sure the old gutters were removed prior to painting. Mike was extremely accommodating to be sure the new gutters were installed within a week of the painting completion. I changed the color of the downspouts two days before installation and he made everything okay. The workmen took pride in their work and did a beautiful install. They relocated some of the downspouts for better performance. Courteous, polite and efficient describes the work team. Mike is an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this company.

The 2-person crew were excellent. They showed up 30 minutes late, due to traffic, but they got right to work and replaced all of the gutters on the house. They also removed the old gutters and cleaned up the mess before leaving. We have 2500 sq. foot house and they replaced 5 gutters around the house. It looks great and it was fairly quick..

Mike and crew were great from beginning to end. New gutters look great. They were missing one small downspout extension and would not accept payment until that was done.

We moved into a new house and just 1 month later we received a very hard rain. At this point, we learned that the current gutters were useless causing one area of our house to leak with water. The very next day I called Mr. Gutter. I had been warned that the cost was going to be very expensive so I was worried - but I knew that I had to resolve the problem in at least 1 of the areas immediately. The owner came to my house on a Sunday - very prompt with setting the appointment, which was great as I assumed he was very busy with many people due to the recent rain. The quote was way better than expected - however, the part that impressed me the most is that he went on my roof to clean out a roof drain we have. He got super dirty - but sure did appreciate his willingness to do that even though I had not committed to anything. I signed the contract on the spot. The installation was about 10 days later. The owner did not come out during the installation, but his team did a good job. We did have a little issue with the vinyl undereaves coming loose - but nothing major. The only downside is that I would have like for him to take credit card. Better yet, a financing option would have been preferred.

Mr. Gutter very honest and easy to work with. He did a great job hiding the gutters so that they are barely visible, and matched them to our house perfectly.

Michael the owner was very responsive and his employees did a great job and were very accommodating--I asked them to redo a section of downspout and they did.

He charged an awful lot of money for it but I don’t have anything to compare it to. It was less than 30 minutes of work. Everything was fine except the price.

We are completely satisfied with our experience with Mr. Gutter. The estimate provided for the project was well below the others we received. Michael, who provided the estimate, also made some useful suggestions on how certain changes in the gutter configuration would better remove water away from the house. He also provided some advice on what gutter color would work best with the house trim colors. The installation crew was also great. They were efficient and I was impressed with their workmanship. After the installation was completed the crew completely cleaned the work area and even disposed of some metal debris I had, in addition to the old gutters. I would highly recommend Mr. Gutter for gutter installation and would not hesitate to engage their services in the future.

Mike was very prompt in providind his estimate. We wanted to change the house trim so asked him to leave 3 sample colors of brown for the rain gutters for the paint trim matching. Then we have to slow down his schedule because we had to fire the first painter and go through the process of finding a new painter (who would do the trim only). Once completed Mike was quick to order the materials, schedule the install (within the week) and installed the rain gutters around 3 sides of the house within one day. It is very nicely done, the corners are nicely mitered (one piece corner) and he added one or two new down spouts where they were badly needed. The crew cleaned up nicely so that you did not know a contractor had been there. Mike and his company bent over backwards to make this work with all of the interruptions that occurred with the contractors that preceded him. I really appreciated his patience.

After an initial scheduling change due to his previous job, his crew installed new gutters and cleaned out the existing ones. I was concerned about some holes they drilled in our second story flashing, but Michael did come out to seal them. During a rain shortly after the install, I did have a problem with dripping which was not fixed by their new installation. Michael did not have the right ladder to get to the area and said he would return...we are still waiting and have not heard from him.

Scheduling was difficult because of a week long wind storm but Michael communicated regularly on an updated schedule. They showed up on time, removed the existing gutters and installed all new gutters on a two story home.

For the estimate appointment, Mike arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining how the gutters and downspouts should be installed. On the day of the install, the crew arrived on time and promptly went to work. They did a thorough and complete job quickly and clean up their mess. The gutters have worked perfectly. Many of my neighbors asked for Mike's card as they are considering gutter work too. I would recommend Mr Gutter to anyone looking for new gutter installation.

I replaced my existing metal gutters because they had rusted and leaked at the rust sites. They were replaced with plastic gutters that leak. I called and they came out and caulked where they leaked but they still leak. The sun shrinks caulking so all summer I had no idea they would leak again. I don't want to call every year for caulking. I may have to replace them again in the future.

We were very pleased with Mr. Gutter (Micheal and his install crew). We recently purchased our first house. The original gutters were beyond repair and we removed them from the house ourselves. We receive two quotes on this work for our home. We went with Mr. Gutter because of the following: Michael was willing to stop by our house on a Saturday to meet with us. Michael was extremely personable and willing to talk with us and my dad who was on hand to ask questions as well. Michael worked with us to come up with an affordable solution for our particular house; he didn't try to oversell us on extras we didn't need. The Mr. Gutter crew was friendly on the day of the install.

The work was completed as promised and the overall result was excellent.

Michael sent John, his foreman, to look at our project and talk to us. He made some good suggestions for a problem area associated with a patio cover and his solution worked out beautifully. He also suggested a better location at the front of the house for one of the gutters which made the front of the house more attractive. The color selection of the gutter was great and matched our new roof and house paint perfectly. I think we had a choice of 30 colors. They were professional, very particular about their work and completed the project as agreed on. I would highly recommend using Mr. Gutter.

They're really good. To be honest, I just remember they were on time and they did a good job on the gutters.

Michael returned my initial call the same day (Friday) and came out for the estimate (Tuesday) after the Memoral Day weekend. I had just replaced my roof and had the existing gutters removed in the process. I was anxious to get new gutters installed and other companies I contacted were too slow to respond, so I only got one estimate and proceeded with Mr. Gutter (that is why the price is a B, I had no other estimates to compare it to). The crew showed up early and began work immediately. It took one day for them to complete the 100 LF of gutter and 120 LF of downspout. They also performed some custom flashing at two flat-roof scupper drain locations to direct the water into the new gutter. The gutters look great. Living in southern CA it hasn't rained since they were installed so I can't comment on function yet. Something I wish I had done before the gutter crew arrived was to remove the downspouts at ground level where they connect to the underground yard drainage system and clean out the pipes. Once Mr. Gutter pulled the old downspouts I had very little time to clean out the roots, dirt, roof debris, etc. that I now saw. They crew, however, did give me the opportunity to do so without complaint.

Mike was on-time and very courteous. He came to do an estimate for cleaning my rain gutters, and was very honest about the work required. Mike actually recommended against major service and removed a dead bird from my rooftop. I was very impressed with Mike's honestly, punctuality, and customer service. I will be calling him in the future.

Michael came out and walked the property with us and provided very good advice on controlling the run off from our house (front and rear). He did try to sell us more than what was necessary which we really appreciated. He provided a quote that was very competitive at the time of his initial visit. We subsequently communicated by phone when we decided to contract with him. He indicated that he would order the material we had selected and advise by email when the material would be available and then schedule a date and time to make the installation. We received and email in about a week and advised that the material had come from the supplier and scheduled the date/time for installation. On "that" date and time two of his crew arrived and walked the site and verified the scope of the job so there would be no supprises. The crew worked for about 4 hours,(courteous and efficient) and we were advised that they were short some of the seamless aluminum, thus would have to contact the supplier and reorder material to complete the job and reschedule in a couple of days to make the final assembly. Michael contacted be and apologized and kept me informed until the material arrive and the job completed which only took about an hour. There are glitches on many construction jobs, however, it is the sign of a good contractor that keeps the customer informed and completes the job with little trouble or hesitation. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the customer service, quality of the materials and workmanship and without hesitation would use this company again and refer them to our family and friends.
